Arknights – Operators Passenger, Kal’tsit, Silence, April, and Windflit Featured in Standard Banner #90
Good news for Arknights community as a new round of Operators is coming to the game! This news comes just after the announcement of the re-run event titled “Break the Ice”. Arknights is available to be downloaded and installed as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
The new headhunting banner features 5 operators – Passenger, Kal’tsit, Silence, April, and Windflit. Out of the 5 operators, all of them are going to be making a re-run. Players can recruit these new operators through the new headhunting recruitment banner. Let’s take a look at the skills and abilities of the featured operators.

Passenger – 6-Star Operator
Passenger is a 6-Star operator that is classified as a Caster type in-game. He has a base Attack of 689, HP of 1558, and a Defense of 130. Passenger’s Attack is quite high compared to other similar operators. Passenger is a ranged caster that deals Arts damage with his basic skills.
His description reads the following – “A young prodigy in Originium-related science and the student of Professor Thorne, the Columbian Liberi named Elliot Glover suddenly went off the grid while participating in a scientific project in the Ibut Region of Sargon together with the “Sand Soldiers” of Blaine Formative. After being saved by Kal’tsit during a bloody raid from the Padishah’s forces, the two journeyed around the oasis villages when he decided to stay with an ancient soothsayer. To stop his enemies from searching for the blueprint of an ancient weapon of mass destruction, Elliot purposefully became an Infected by destroying its component.”

Touch of Static: Increases the ATK of the next attack to 150%; The attack will jump between at most 4 enemies and the duration of the Slow is increased to 1.5 seconds
Focus Command: Attack Range +1 tile, ATK +10%, Attack Interval decreases slightly. Increase the maximum number of jumps to 5. This Skill modifies the Attack Interval by -0.2 seconds.
Glorious Shards: Immediately generates a lightning storm centered on the target with the highest HP within a wide range, lasting for 4 seconds; Deals an additional attack equal to 100% ATK to a random enemy within the lightning storm every 0.5 seconds; Can store 2 charges

Mechanism Analysis (1st Talent) – When attacking enemies with 80% or more HP, Passenger will deal 25% (+5%) increased damage to them for 3 seconds
Lone Soldier (2nd Talent) – When there are no enemies in the surrounding 4 tiles, ATK +10% (+2%)

Electromagnetic Charge Alpha – When this Operator is assigned to a Power Plant, increases the drone recovery rate by +10%
Energy Gathering – When this Operator is assigned to a Power Plant, increases the drone recovery rate by +15%
Automation Alpha – When this Operator is assigned to a Factory, the productivity contributed by all other Operators in that Factory becomes 0 (excluding productivity granted based on facility count), but each Power Plant increases that Factory’s productivity by +5%
Kal’tsit – 6-Star Operator
Kal’tsit is a 6-Star operator that is classified as a Medic type in-game. She has a base Attack of 167, an HP of 865, and a Defense of 94. Kal’tsit is a ranged medic that can heal her allies with her basic attack.
Her description reads the following – “One of the first members of Rhodes Island and one of the few remaining members of its predecessor, Babel, alongside the Doctor, Closure, and W, the Feline named Kal’tsit is the head of the Medical Department and R.I.’s unofficial leader/director – despite Amiya being the de jure leader. While Kal’tsit has been on worse terms with the Doctor since Theresa’s death, she eventually cast aside her mistrust to work together with them in the face of greater threats. With the biomechanical creature that accompanies her at all times, Mon3tr, Kal’tsit is willing to provide help to the Doctor in the direst situations.”

Command: Tactical Coordination: This unit gains ASPD +30; Mon3tr gains ATK +20% and attacks all blocked enemies

Command: Meltdown: Mon3tr gains DEF +100%, ATK +130% that gradually decays to +0% over the skill duration and deals True damage. If this skill ends without Mon3tr killing any enemies, Mon3tr loses 50% Max HP. This skill is Tied to Mon3tr

Mon3tr (1st Talent skill) – Can use and heal Mon3tr, and Mon3tr has a 35-second redeployment time. Kal’tsit will prioritize healing herself and Mon3tr; If Mon3tr is not within Kal’tsit’s Attack Range, Mon3tr’s DEF is reduced to 0.
Non-Damaging Restructuring (2nd Talent skill) – When Mon3tr is defeated (excluding retreat), all enemies in the surrounding 8 tiles are stunned for 3 seconds and receive 1200 True damage

Unknown Technology – When this Operator is assigned to the Workshop to process any material, the production rate of by-products increases by 70%
Highest Authority – When this Operator is assigned to the Control Center, all Factories’ productivity +2% (only the most effective one will take effect when assigned Operators have the same skill effect).
Silence – 5 Star Operator
Silence is a 5-Star operator that is classified as a ST/Medic type Medic in-game. She has a base Attack of 166, HP of 845, and a Defense of 62. Silence is a ranged operator that heals allies with her basic attacks.
Her description reads the following – “Dr. Olivia Silence used to be an accomplished Liberi scientist for Rhine Lab and the protégé of Prof. Ahrens Parvis, one of its high-ranking leaders. She was previously involved in studies regarding the application of Originium, leading to the development of an experimental drone capable of providing remote medical support. Dr. Silence contracted Oripathy due to her constant exposure to Originium during her work, causing her to suffer from narcolepsy. Despite her shortcoming, she proves herself to be an excellent researcher who upholds the name of R.L.”

April is a 5-Star operator that is classified as an Anti-Air/Marksman type Snper in-game. She has a base Attack of 178, an HP of 572, and a Defense of 56. April is a ranged operator that deals physical damage to enemies with her basic attacks.
Her description reads the following – “A hunter from Rim Billiton, lost her job due to Oripathy before making her way to Rhodes Island. Has never received formal training. All indicators read average. Her previous occupation suggested an affinity for sniper training, and she currently serves as a Sniper Operator.”

Windflit – 5 Star Operator
Windflit is a 5-Star operator that is classified as an Artificer type Supporter in-game. He has a base Attack of 238, an HP of 1182, and a Defense of 193. Windflit is a melee operator that deals physical damage with his basic attacks.
His description reads the following – “Windflit has two degrees in engineering and Originium engineering and is particularly experienced in mechanical design. He is currently a member of the Engineering Department and produces mechanical devices to aid our operators in combat.”

Machine Rapport (Active Ability): The next attack deals 160% ATK as Physical damage to all ground enemies in the 8 surrounding tiles, and restores 1 SP to anyone equipped with a Reliable Battery. Can store 1 charge
Energy Rapport (Active Ability): Attack interval increases, ATK +70%; Talent ATK bonus increased to 1.1x; When the skill ends, obtain 1 Reliable Battery. This Skill modifies the Attack Interval by 0.5
