Battle Angel – New Natural 5-Star Monster
Battle Angels are the newest natural 5-Star monsters coming to Summoners War: Sky Arena and they were initially revealed through a special teaser on the game’s official Youtube channel. Natural 5-Star monsters are the highest rarity of monsters and have a staggering 1% probability of being summoned. Battle Angel’s skillsets definitely prove their worth being classified as the highest rarity due to their amazing DPS/continuous damage skills that can work exceptionally well in both PvP content like Arena/ Real-time Arena and PvE content like Caiross Dungeon, Hall of Elements, etc. As per tradition, Battle Angels are also classified into 5 different elements – Fire, Water, Wind, Light, and Dark.

New Mock Battle Stages and SP Summon Event
The Mock Battle Stage system has proven itself to be a boon to new players who are doubting whether to summon the newly released monsters or not as it provides a chance for them to test out these monsters, although in a limited test environment. Players can also learn the mechanics of the new monsters as they are required to complete certain missions/requirements. They are also rewarded with Mystical Scroll, Mana Stones, and Crystals if they finish the Mock Battle stages with all of its 3 requirements fulfilled. The Mock Battle stages with the new monster Battle Angels are going to be added with Patch 6.6.8.
Apart from the Mock Battle stages, a new summoning event is also active where players will be having a higher chance of obtaining the Battle Angels when summoning using the Mystical Scrolls, Legendary Summoning Scrolls, Fire/Water/Wind elemental summoning scrolls, etc. This event is called the “SP summon event” that is going to be active when the Patch 6.6.8 drops in-game. Players can make use of this event by clicking on the “SP Summon” button when going to the Summoning Henge to summon their scrolls.
Quality of Life Improvements and UI Changes
A game like Summoners War: Sky Arena that is over 8 years old is surprisingly still lacking major Quality-of-life features that are present in new games that are releasing in recent years. Well, Com2US has taken into account the fact that these changes have to be made in order to enrich the player experience. The new QOL improvements coming to the game with Patch 6.6.8 are as follows:
- Monster Evolution Improvement – A new feature is being added to make the Evolution process much smoother and faster which the new players and the veterans will enjoy alike. The new feature is called “Auto-Select” and will automatically select the required monsters to evolve the target monster. For example, if the player wants to evolve a 5-star max leveled monster to 6 stars, then he/she would need 5 monsters each having the current rarity of 5-Star. The auto-select feature selects the best monsters required to evolve the monster. Players can select the targeted monsters first like Rainbowmons, Silver-Star monsters, and Default 1-3 Star monsters. Players can also select the monsters they want to exclude from getting auto-selected like Devilmons, Attribute Angelmons, Default 4-5 Star monsters, Monsters that are equipped with runs, Monsters that are leveled up, and Light/Dark Monsters.
- Craft Building Improvement – A new feature is being added to the Craft building. Players will now be able to auto-select the targeted monsters when crafting things that require monsters as materials. Players can also select the monsters they want to exclude from getting auto-selected like Devilmons, Attribute Angelmons, Default 4-5 Star monsters, Monsters that are equipped with runs, Monsters that are leveled up, and Light/Dark Monsters.
- A new share button is being added when players get victory in the Arena.
- A new share button is being added when players find a Secret Dungeon. Players can share this Secret Dungeon in normal chat, guild chat, and private chat.
- A re-purchase button has been added in the repeat battle screen to give players a chance to repurchase the runes and artifacts they might have sold by mistake. The repurchase amount will be equal to the selling amount.
- A shortcut button has been added to the repeat battle screen where players will be able to directly go to the Hall of Heroes by clicking on the “Go” button.
- A new purchase method has been added where players can set the quantity of the purchase by sliding the bar or using the (-/+) button instead of purchasing 1 by 1.
- King Angelmons you obtain from World Boss and Temple of Wishes will now have MAX Lv. and in awakened form.
- [Summoner’s Way] Tartarus’ Labyrinth-related quests can now be completed by clearing test mode battles.
