Wild Rift on PC – How can the Optimized Versions of BlueStacks Impact the Overall Gaming Experience?
Props to the developers at Riot Games, the in-game experience of their 5v5 MOBA title “Wild Rift” is almost identical to that of its PC version, aka League of Legends. In a pretty much similar fashion, folks at BlueStacks are continuously trying to improve their emulator so that players can get a top-notch gaming experience on PC.
In previous BlueStacks versions, we felt like something was missing, which was creating a negative impact on the players’ overall in-game experience. As a result, with BlueStacks version 4.270 and higher, players in League of Legends: Wild Rift will have access to new in-game dynamics that are developed exclusively by BlueStacks. These are:
- Better Control on the movement of the Champion
- Options for Hero Specific Controls
- Ultra-wide Support for a Wider View
- Combo-keys in MOBA skill pad
Without further ado, let’s talk about all the optimizations mentioned above in-depth and how they will impact the overall in-game experience!
Better Control on a Champion’s Mobility
While casting ability in the forward direction, does your champion also move in that direction even when you don’t want it? Well, in BlueStacks version 4.270 and higher, you will be able to stop your champion from moving with a single tap of a button, just like in PC League.
With this functionality, you as a player will have better control over the movement of your champion. It would prevent you from getting into situations where you would probably be dead if you did not fully control your champion’s mobility. Default Pages for Hero Specific Controls
In a game like League of Legends: Wild Rift, with a wide variety of champions in its pool, every champion has their unique skillset and potential. It becomes tricky to manage the controls when you are someone who can play different roles and champions.
Available from BlueStacks version 4.270, players can equip the default/recommended controls set for each hero expressly. It’s similar to the default item and rune pages that the game recommends to players at the beginning of every match. If you find this intriguing, you can check out our guide to learn how to use these control schemes to play a champion to its maximum potential. You can use the Scheme selection popup to select hero-specific controls. It can be opened using the shortcut keys CTRL + SHIFT + Q.
A better alternative to mini-map: Ultra-Wide View!
Are you tired of looking at the mini-map all the time to avoid being ganked? Don’t worry; we have got you covered. We’re thrilled to introduce the “Ultra-Wide View” feature with BlueStacks version 4.270.
Thanks to the Ultra-Wide View feature, your field-of-vision in League of Legends: Wild Rift can now be increased significantly. It will be crucial as with this feature; you don’t have to look at your mini-map all the time. Secondly, during the laning phase, you can always lookout for a possible gank from the enemy jungler.
Create your Wombo-Combo in Skill Pad
If you have played the PC version of League of Legends, you know that you can assign the abilities on different keys and choose to regular cast or quick cast them. BlueStacks is also introducing this feature to let you set the champions’ abilities as per your convenience and use them with ease.
With BlueStacks version 4.270 and higher, players in Wild Rift will have the option to auto-cast or quick-cast the abilities or level those up quickly just with the keys. After creating the perfect combination of abilities and summoner spells, players can display their outstanding mechanics and skill level in-game.
