Watch Your Friends in Action via the Spectator Mode
The much-requested spectator mode will be arriving in the game in February’s 2.1 patch. Interestingly, a replay feature similar to the one present in League of Legends PC will also be added to the game. This feature will allow the players to re-watch and record their recent games.
Undoubtedly, this feature’s addition will significantly boost the eSports scene of League of Legends: Wild Rift in all the regions where it’s available. Moreover, as per Riot, custom games will be introduced in the future updates as well.
The Love Duo (Xayah and Rakan)
In February, an event called ‘Lunar Beast’ will be available in the game. From this event, players can obtain either Xayah or Rakan by completing several in-game missions. However, the precise date for the event is yet to be released by Riot Games.
In case you’d like to know more about the Lunar Beast event, well, this event is a top-rated event in League PC and features champion skins like Alistar, Aphelios, Annie, Darius, Jarvan IV, Fiora, and Viego. So, expect several new skins with the Lunar Beast theme to be added to the in-game store as well.
Spin to Win with Katarina
As per speculations, after the Lunar Beast event, mid-lane assassin champion ‘Katarina’ will be making her way to the game in March. More interestingly, after Katarina, champions like Leona, Pantheon, and Diana will be added to the game.
All these champions will be available via an event called ‘Path of Ascension.’ The image shown above displays the ‘Targon’ region hinting at Leona and Diana’s possible release after Katarina.
