League of Legends: Wild Rift – Season 1 Starting Soon, New Yordle Champions Coming?


Time and time again, we talked about the first official ranked season in League of Legends: Wild Rift kicking-off in January 2021. Well, from the looks of it, the time has come. As per Riot Games, Season 0 in Wild Rift will be ending in the coming days. Soon after that, the first official ranked season will begin. Season 0 – Rewards
Even though Season 0 wasn’t an official ranked season yet, Riot has decided to give away decent rewards to the players who spent hours and hours grinding and climbing the ranked ladder in LoL Wild Rift. Moreover, these rewards are based upon your current rank in the game.
Ranked Features – The players can display their current rank via their profile and loading screens.

Details about the Ranked Tier Reset

Upcoming Champions in Season 1
As per the champions teased in Wild Rift’s cinematic video trailer – ‘You Really Got Me,’ speculations are that the Yordle race champions like Teemo, Poppy, Tristana, Lulu, and Kennen will be released in the game in the upcoming Season 1.
Teemo, the Swift Scout could probably be the first champion to get released in the first official ranked season, Season 1. Despite being one of the most annoying champions to play against after Singed, players are eagerly waiting for the release of Teemo.
Even though Riot Games has not unveiled a fixed date when Season 1 will begin, it might most likely start a few days after the end of Season 2.
