Heroism is one of those RPGs where you can choose how involved you want to be. It’s got this mix of action RPG and clicker, so some might find themselves grinding through dungeons and fighting monsters nonstop, while others just let the game do its thing in idle mode. The whole world is big enough to wander and poke around, and the classic loop of hunting down loot, collecting new heroes, and picking up skills feels clean and pretty straightforward—nothing too complicated, but satisfying if you enjoy tweaking a party or working on new upgrades. There’s not really any real punishment for dying, either—no permadeath, just a quick break and a chance to rethink your approach or pick up some ‘death points’ you can spend.

What’s nice is the game keeps ads to a minimum; you’ll only see one if you actually want some kind of bonus. And even then, there’s just a single thing to buy with real money, and that mostly just makes all the optional ad-bonuses easier to manage. Playing it on BlueStacks actually works out well, especially if you’d rather have it running on your PC while doing other things. If you like the progression of building up a team and finding gear at your own pace, without getting spammed by popups or losing everything when you get KO’d, this one feels like a relaxed go-to.
