In this tier list for Command and Conquer: Legions, we will be ranking some of the best Officers that are available to be summoned and used in your formations. Remember, each Officer is unique on their own and this tier list is subjective in nature. 

S Tier Officers

Let’s take a look at some of the officers in this tier:

CARLOS MENDOZA

Carlos Mendoza is an SSR rarity Officer who is classified as an Attack-type Siege unit. His description reads as follows – “Mendoza is a mercenary hired by General Raveshaw during the First Tiberium War”. His ultimate ability Fire of Destruction does as follows – “Deals damage to the target. On the next turn, deals additional damage to 3 troops within a fan-shaped area. Also, reduces the Attack and Defense of targets by 25% for the next 5 seconds.”

SHAI AVIV

Shai Aviv is an SSR rarity Officer who is classified as an Infantry-type Defense unit. Her description reads as follows – “Code named Hotwire and Engineer of the GDI Dead 6”. Her ultimate ability Emergency Repair does as follows – “Reduces damage taken by 5% and increases damage dealt to Tanks by 2% for all troops under this Officer’s command. Additionally reduces the target’s March Speed by 50% for 10 seconds (triggers every 10 seconds).”

KILIAN QATAR

Kilian Qatar is an SSR rarity Officer that is classified as a Tank-type Skill unit. Her description reads as follows – “Kilian Qatar, the deputy commander-in-chief of the Brotherhood of Nod, has an overwhelmingly fervent belief in Nod”. Her ultimate ability Dawn’s Horizon does as follows – “Deals damage to the target and has a 75% chance to deal additional damage to the target each second for 2 seconds.”

EUGENE LIN

Eugene Lin is an SR rarity Officer who is classified as an Infantry-type Skill unit. Her description reads as follows – “A highly perceptive scout who’s able to distinguish 10 different signals with remarkable accuracy”. Her ultimate ability Intel Trace does as follows – “Deals damage to up to 5 targets within a fan-shaped area and further damage next turn. Eugene gains 50 extra Rage each time a target is hit.”

NARGIS

Nargis is an SR rarity Officer who is classified as a Tank-type Manoeuvrability unit. Her description reads as follows – “A folklore professor by day, Nargis secretly holds a prominent position in the Brotherhood of Nod. Her mission? Spreading Nod’s influence to all residents of the Yellow Zone”. Her ultimate ability Ruling of the Executor does as follows – “Increases the Defense of Tanks under the Officer’s command by 30%. When the battle ends, also increases March Speed by 50% for 10 seconds.”

GARETH

Gareth is an SR rarity Officer who is classified as an Artillery-type Skill unit. His description reads as follows – “Gareth is a simple-minded yet fiercely loyal experimental subject who holds strong family values. He considers the Brotherhood his second home, with Kane standing as the unwavering head of the family”. His ultimate ability Allegiance does as follows – “Increases Attack by 15% and Defense by 15% for Artillieries under this officer’s command.”

B Tier Officers

Let’s look at some of the officers in this tier:

BLAIR

Blair is an R rarity Officer who is classified as a Gather type Skill unit. Her description reads as follows – “A mutant and a member of The Forgotten, Blair’s ruthless nature is concealed by her striking beauty”. Her ultimate ability Allure does as follows – “Deals damage to the target and inflicts a Slow effect that reduces the target’s March Speed by 10% for 3 seconds.”

BRINK

Brink is an R rarity Officer that is classified as a Gather type Skill unit. His description reads as follows – “Serving as a ZOCOM medic, Brink undertakes highly dangerous missions throughout the year”. His ultimate ability Field Magic does as follows – “Heals a portion of the Slightly Damaged units. Also deals damage to the target and inflicts a Slow effect that reduces the Target march speed by 10% for 2 seconds.”
