Some people think that KHDA stands for Knowledge and Human Development Authority, but those who know us understand that we’re actually the Knowledge and Happiness Development Authority. This app will give Dubai parents, students, teachers and investors happiness by making available all the info and data they need to make informed education choices.

Our app allows you to:

- Search for private schools in Dubai by name, curriculum, inspection rating or location;
- Check the inspection rating for all schools in Dubai in the last four years;
- Search for universities in Dubai’s free zones by name, level of study, programme, type of quality assurance, fees and location;
- Access contact information and location maps of all private schools, universities and training institutes in Dubai.


What’s new on the App?

• After verifying their Emirates ID at their child’s school, parents can now sign the Parent/School Contract through the app.
• The KHDA ‘Happy Family Home’ allows parents to see detailed, customised information on their child’s education, from assessment results to fees.
• Parents get points and badges every time they engage with the app.
• Education directory now includes training institutes for the 1st time
• Parents can “shake and locate” the school nearest to them
• Full section for investors including all smart services of educational services permits.
