The Therabody app utilizes data, such as steps taken or sleep data to suggest wellness routines tailored to specific ailments, body parts, and activities.

Each wellness routine is a step-by-step guide to using your device in a way that best suits your needs. While running a wellness routine, our dashboard will give you real-time feedback showing the areas of your body to focus on, the length of time you should treat each area, the most effective speed and the amount of pressure you should apply. You’ll have the ability to control your device’s speed through the app and are even able to save your favorite wellness routines directly to presets stored on your device for quick and easy access if you’re away from your mobile device.
