How it works
The Coach is installed on your device to allow you to self-monitor and regulate your own use of time using real time insights and benchmarks. The coach evolves with your digital habits so it will know if you start to over use an app and prompt coaching messages that help you stay on track. The coach also gives positive encouragement when it notices you have lowered your app usage.

Digital Coach has a companion app called Xooloo Parents (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xooloo.remote.parental), which allows parents to see the same real-time insights and benchmarks, share their child’s dashboards, create time allowances if needed, plus send and receive in-app messages. The coach helps parents develop better insights into their child’s personal digital habits to better guide their child’s digital journey.

Xooloo Digital Coach does not geo track, expose private messages or post to parents. It’s a coaching app to help you take ownership of your digital use and online behavior in a responsible way without the over protectiveness of parents.
