◆ Synopsis
On the last day of 1999, a certain "storm" fell in the sky - the walls of passersby and buildings were melted and peeled off by rainwater, and the world entered a new old era. Everyone except you was corrupted by the "Storm" and went missing. In this world where humans and mystics (arcanists) coexist, there exists a group called ``Manus Vendetta.'' They are working to restore the glory of mystical science (Arcanum), and seem to have some connection to the outbreak of "Storm."

Verti (played by you) is appointed as a ``Timekeeper'' by the ``St. Pavlov Foundation'', an organization that houses mystics, as an entity that is not affected by the ``Storm''.
