User functions:
• Localize available e-scooters
• Activate and deactivate felyx scooters (no keys, tags, or PINs)
• Obtain e-scooter status information, such as battery charge and GPS location
• Reserve an felyx scooter (15 minutes for free before riding)
• Add payment details for the payment of rides
• Review ride information
