The application "Nutrition for Vegans" of Project Veg, allows you to calculate the nutrients you consume in your vegan diet (proteins, carbohydrates and fats), and control the amounts of them according to your nutritional requirements and your goal.
Based on your data (weight, height, age, body mass, physical activity, etc.) and the goal you are looking to achieve (lose weight, gain muscle mass, maintain weight), the application calculates an approximate range of nutrients that you should ingest in your vegan diet. In turn, it allows you to load your own food consumption in a very simple way, since they are grouped based on your nutritional contribution.
With all this information, the application shows you in a very intuitive way if you meet the nutritional requirements, and it allows you to vary the loaded foods so you can match the nutrients you need.
Soon recipes with their nutritional values will be added so that they can be loaded more easily in the application
