Play Carrier Services on PC

Carrier Services provides services to support RCS (Rich Communication Services) messaging in Google’s Messages app. It collects diagnostic and crash data to ensure these services operate smoothly.

Download and install BlueStacks on your PC
Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later
Look for Carrier Services in the search bar at the top right corner
Click to install Carrier Services from the search results
Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Carrier Services
Click the Carrier Services icon on the home screen to start playing
