1) Install the App
2) Open the App
3) Click on "+ " sign for Sticker Pack you want to add OR
3) Browser through each sticker pack and Click on Green Button "Add to Whatsapp".

OnePlus Issue Solution
OnePlus users had an issue when they closed the app stickers were removed from WhatsApp.That issue is resolved now.
Here is simple solution to the problem.

Go to Settings >> Battery >> Battery Optimization. Click on "CS:GO Sticker Pack" And Select "Don't Optimize".

Your problems will be solved just readd the stickers now.
