How to Use:
Install the app on your mobile device.
Launch the app.
Enter the Support Key given to you by your support agent.
Allow your trusted agent to connect to your device.
Features:
Share your screen live with your support agent.
Your support agent can perform the following actions:
Instantly start a chat with you.
View the screen of your device.
Control your device. (depending on device model)
Play RescueAssist by LogMeIn on PC. It’s easy to get started.

Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

Look for RescueAssist by LogMeIn in the search bar at the top right corner

Click to install RescueAssist by LogMeIn from the search results

Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install RescueAssist by LogMeIn

Click the RescueAssist by LogMeIn icon on the home screen to start playing
