* The app makes phone calls only when you tap the "Call" button for a member of Congress.
* We collect anonymous app usage statistics by default. To opt out: from the main screen, tap the menu on the top right, tap Settings, then uncheck "Allow Analytics".

Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

Look for Congress in the search bar at the top right corner

Click to install Congress from the search results

Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Congress

Click the Congress icon on the home screen to start playing
