Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross x Tensura Collaboration Events and New Heroes

These are some exciting times for the community of Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross as the popular ACGN turn-based gacha game is having a big collaboration with the That Time I Reincarnated As A Slime (Tensura) manga and anime franchise. The collaboration with Tensura was also previously held way back in May 2020 and after 2 years, it has been revived and ready to re-run along with new events and heroes being added to the game in celebration. The collaboration starts on 10th May 2022 and ends on 31st May 2022.

This is the 2nd iteration of the collaboration between Tensura and Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross and as some characters from the universe already exist, new heroes that will be entering and released with this 2nd collaboration will be a new variant of Rimuru Tempest and Shuna. Apart from the new units, players will be overjoyed that previous characters that players who didn’t play the game might have missed are also coming back and will be available to be summoned alongside the new characters in the “Collab Encore Pick-Up Draw”. A special 14-day check-in event is also being held titled “7DS Collab Encore Check-In Event” which will also be held during the entire time of the collaboration.

This collaboration is also going to feature a plethora of new events to complete and collect the juicy rewards from. A list of special missions is also available to be completed and get up to 10 summoning tickets on the Collab Encore Pick-Up Draw banner. A new World quest set of missions, as well as a Collab Spin Event, are also taking place in Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross. A demon boss battle for Clayman also is going live and with it, a special exchange shop for the event is also going live. New boosting events which can help new players make a significant amount of progress in a short amount are also going to be available throughout the collaboration period. Tensura Collaboration Characters and Skills

The That Time I Reincarnated As A Slime x Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross collaboration is live in the global version of the game. The new units which are featured will be able to be summoned on the special collaboration banner titled “Collab Encore Special Pick-Up Draw”. Players can summon on this banner using their collected Diamonds or by using the 7DS x Tensura Collab Encore Pick-Up Ticket. All the featured units are SSR rarity and will be available to summon after 10th May 2022.

Rimuru Tempest (Octagram)

  • Swift Slash

Rank 1: Inflicts Pierce damage equal to 200% of Attack on one enemy.

Rank 2: Inflicts Pierce damage equal to 300% of Attack on one enemy.

Rank 3: Inflicts Pierce damage equal to 500% of Attack on one enemy.

  • Beelzebuth

Rank 1: Inflicts damage equal to 110% of Attack on all enemies. Infects for 1 turn(s).

Rank 2: Inflicts damage equal to 180% of Attack on all enemies. Infects for 1 turn(s).

Rank 3: Inflicts damage equal to 280% of Attacks on all enemies. Infects for 2 turn(s).

  • Meggido (Ultimate Move)

Inflicts damage equal to 300% of the Attack on all enemies. Gains Abyss effect and takes 50% less damage for 2 turn(s). 

  • Silent Wrath (Passive Trait)

At the start of the allies’ turn, increases the hero’s basic stats by 8%, removes 1 Buff(s) from all enemies, then increases the hero’s own basic stats by 8% for each removed Buff. If increased to the max, increases the hero’s Pierce Rate once by 130% for 3 turn(s). (Basic Stats increase effect stacks up to 5 times)

Her Association effects can be unlocked by pairing her with The Boar Sin of Gluttony Merlin (Critical Hit Chance + 19.2%), Collector Merlin (Critical Hit Chance + 19.2%), Infinity Merlin (Critical Hit Chance + 19.2%), The Dragon Sin of Wrath Meliodas (Attack + 280), Knight of Wrath Meliodas (Attack + 280), and New Legend Meliodas (Attack + 280).

Shuna (Oni)

  • Confusion

Rank 1: Inflicts damage equal to 200% of Attack on one enemy.

Rank 2: Cancels Stances on one enemy and inflicts damage equal to 200% of Attack, then Stuns for 1 turn(s).

Rank 3: Cancels Stances on one enemy and inflicts damage equal to 250% of Attack, then Stuns for 2 turn(s).

  • Holy Bell

Rank 1: Heals HP of all allies equal to 130% of Attack. Rejuvenates for 1 turn(s).

Rank 2: Heals HP of all allies equal to 195% of Attack. Rejuvenates for 3 turn(s).

Rank 3: Heals HP of all allies equal to 325% of Attack. Rejuvenates for 1 turn(s).

  • Alignment Field (Ultimate Move)

Inflicts damage equal to 350% of Attacks on all enemies and depletes 3 Ultimate Move Gauge orb(s). 

  • Multi-Talented Aid (Passive Trait)

Decreases Unknown Race allies’ damage taken by 20%.

  • Indigo Flower

Rank 1: Inflicts Rupture damage equal to 180% of Attack on one enemy.

Rank 2: Inflicts Rupture damage equal to 270% of Attack on one enemy.

Rank 3: Inflicts Rupture damage equal to 450% of Attack on one enemy.

  • Drop Deepen

Rank 1: Assumes a Stance that grants Debuff Immunity and Taunts enemies for 1 turn. Heals 20% of diminished HP at the start of the next turn.

Rank 2: Assumes a Stance that grants Debuff Immunity and Taunts enemies for 1 turn(s). Heals 30% of diminished HP at the start of the next turn.

Rank 3: Assumes a Stance that grants Debuff Immunity and Taunts enemies for 2 turn(s). Heals 50% of diminished HP at the start of the next turn.

  • Gluttony (Ultimate Move)

Cancels Buffs and Stances on one enemy, inflicts damage equal to 490% of Attack, then Stuns for 1 turn(s).

  • Storm Dragon’s Friend (Passive Trait)

Benimaru (Kijin)

  • Fire Slash

Rank 1: Inflicts Weak Point damage equal to 120% of Attack on one enemy.

Rank 2: Inflicts Weak Point damage equal to 180% of Attack on one enemy.

Rank 3: Inflicts Weak Point damage equal to 300% of Attack on one enemy.

  • Dragon Strike

Rank 1: Decreases Defense-related stats of all enemies by 20% for 2 turn(s).

Rank 2: Decreases Defense-related stats of all enemies by 30% for 2 turn(s).

Rank 3: Decreases Defense-related stats of all enemies by 40% for 3 turn(s).

  • Hell Flare (Ultimate Move)

Inflicts damage equal to 560% of Attack on one enemy, decreases skill ranks, then depletes the Ultimate Move Gauge by the number of skill rank decreases.

  • Indomitable Pride (Passive Trait)

Increases damage dealt by 15% per hero skill use. (Limit 4 time(s))

That Time I Reincarnated As A Slime Collaboration Special Events

  • Check-In Event and Collab Encore Pick-Up Banner

As we all know, the collaboration between Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross and Tensura IP/franchise has started in-game and players can now summon the new and old characters from the TenSura universe using the “Collab Encore Pick-Up Special Draw” banner. Players can get 10 7DS x Tensura Collab Encore Pick-Up Tickets which are used for summoning on the banner to have a chance at drawing one of the prestigious units released and mentioned above.

The collaboration banner is broken down into loyalty points and 1 ticket is equal to 3 loyalty points. At 300 loyalty points, players can get an SSR character at random out of a list of 12 characters. At 600 loyalty points, players can select 1 out of the 5 collaboration units mentioned above.   • Special Missions

The special missions for this collaboration yield some of the best rewards with a guaranteed copy of Rimuru Tempest (Ruler of Monsters) at the end after you have completed all of the missions. Players can also get 7DS x Tensura Collab Encore Pick-Up Tickets as rewards for certain missions along with some progression materials. The difficulty of the missions is also on the lower side and can be completed in just a few days. The missions are as follows:- 

  1. Clear the final episode of the World Quest.
  2. Use the 7DS x TenSura Spin Event 20 times.
  3. Draw Heroes 2 times.
  4. Clear Event Boss battled Clayman 3 times.
  5. Use the Event Boss Battle Exchange Shop 5 times.

  • Collaboration Spin Event

The special collaboration spin event is nothing different from the regularly held Spin events with the usual Seven Deadly Sins: Grand cross mass events. Players have to spin a board and whatever the reward the spin will end on, players will be rewarded with that particular reward. Each board consists of 1 Special reward and if players can achieve it by getting lucky early, they can choose to reset the board which will also reset all the rewards except the special reward which will be changed to a different one. Players can get 7 such special rewards and there exist a total of 7 such different boards. A single board consists of 12 different rewards, each reward is showcased in a particular vertical line with the highest line of rewards being of the highest value and least quantity while the rewards in the lowest line being of lowest value and highest quantity. The special rewards include the new collaboration unit’s headpieces, hammer of vaizels, Special collaboration holy relic box, and a Special outfit for rimuru tempest.

Players can use the Collab Celebration Coins to spin and get rewards in this event. Players can only get these coins from the Coin Shop and through the events. Every day, players will get 5 Collab Celebration Coins in their mailbox. Players can also get these coins from a variety of events which are dropping Collab Celebration Coins in the main story stages, free stages, fort solgres, boss battle, deathmatch, event boss battle, Knighthood boss battle, Reverse Stage, and Training Grotto.

  • 7DS x Tensura Diamond Perk Event

The collaboration between TenSura and Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross is the perfect time to spend your collected and saved Diamonds due to the Diamond Perk event which rewards players for using their Diamonds in-game. Keep in mind that the event starts on 10th May, 2022, and ends on 31st May 2022, so make sure to spend your diamonds between this time period to get rewards. The rewards and the diamonds spent milestones to get them are as follows:

  • 7DS x TenSura Encore Death Match Event

Players can go ahead and take part in the 7DS x Tensura Encore Death Match event featuring none other than Ifrit from the Tensura universe of monsters. In deathmatch events, players can battle the boss up to 3 times per day, regardless of whatever difficulty you fight it on. Players can choose to play the deathmatch alone or invite other players to get support. As players will clear the event stages of Death Match, they will be rewarded with a hefty amount of event currency which they can use to redeem items in the Death Match exchange shop located at the top left-hand corner of the event page. The higher the difficulty players fight on, the more event currency they will be rewarded with.

Some of the rewards from the exchange shop are extremely lucrative like Awakening Stones, Equipment engraving stones, Anvils, Hammer of Vaizel, Brilliant Component, Alluring Perfume, and Splendid Fabric. Special rewards also include the Survivor of the Fallen Village outfit for Benimaru and the Youthful Looks cosmetic set for Benimaru.

  • Event Boss Battle – Clayman

A special Boss battle with Clayman is also running in celebration of the 7DS x TenSura collaboration and players can access this boss battle with Clayman by going to the events page on the top left-hand corner of the main menu. Players can challenge Clayman 5 times per day on any difficulty they like. Players can get rewards from the Special exchange shop depending on how much event currency they possess. The higher the level of difficulty, the more event currency they can get. Players will also be rewarded according to the number of times they fought with Clayman.

  • Buff Events

A slew of buffs is available for all players who log in and play Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross during this collaboration. These buffs are as follows:-

  1. Players can play the main quest 1 more time once every day for free.
  2. Players will get a 50% discount on Stamina when clearing Main Stage/Free Stage.
  3. Hero Enhance Super/Ultra Success Rate Increased.
  4. 2x remaining quantity increase when purchasing items from the Materials shop in a village.

7DS x TenSura Special World Events

New World Events will be taking place in Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross for the collaboration with That Time I Reincarnated As A Slime. Players can take part in these World quests which take place from 10th May 2022 till 31st May 2022. Players can experience how the characters from the TenSura universe came into the universe of Seven Deadly Sins and how they both collided. Players can fight alongside TenSura characters to defeat the evil boss Ifrit that we have covered already above. 

New Costumes 

A ton of new costumes and cosmetics are available for the newly released characters from the TenSura universe with the collaboration. Players can purchase these costumes and cosmetics in the Sacred Treasure Shop using Diamonds.
