Landscape of Wonders (2nd May – 8th May 2025)
This pixel-themed limited-time event invites players into a nostalgic adventure with retro-style visuals and storytelling elements. Only servers launched before May 7 are eligible. The event is filled with aesthetic charm and encourages exploration of a “pixel world” with friends. It’s largely focused on engagement and setting a whimsical tone for the new content rollout.
Pixel Voyage (2nd May – 14th May 2025)
A straightforward login reward event. Players can collect themed pixel-style cosmetics and other exclusive items by logging in daily during the period. Once collected, the rewards don’t reset, so each login is important to maximize gains.
Reversal Showdown (9th May – 15th May 2025)
A tactical boss event where players unlock and deploy bosses and minions into three lanes to combat enemy Mirror Guardians. Winning requires defeating at least one guardian within the time limit. Performance is rated based on how many guardians are defeated, encouraging strategic placement and synergy of your minions and bosses.
Passion Post – New Affinity Feature
This feature expands the marriage system by adding 30-day benefits for married players. Upon purchase (by either spouse), the couple receives:
- Instant rewards: 1,050 Diamonds and 100 Gems of Love.
- Daily rewards: 10 Gems of Love and 5 Milk Teas.
The catch? Only the buyer retains these benefits after a divorce, introducing strategic choice and resource planning for couples. It complements a UI upgrade across the Affinity system for a sleeker experience.
Double Gems Event (2nd May – 8th May 2025)
This simple yet valuable event lets players receive twice the Gems for every purchase made via the special event page. It’s ideal for spenders looking to maximize currency acquisition in a short time window.
Work Team System – New Game Mode
This new game mode is a major overhaul to the way pals and Avians contribute to progression in Legend of Mushroom. This system allows players to form work teams that automate resource gathering, tech research, farming, and more. Teams require one pal leader and up to three Avians (each slot costs 10,000 Manor Coins). Avians now have work affixes, created through breeding, which enhance efficiency. Pals gain work talents in six categories:
- Mining
- Research
- Processing (food production)
- Planting
- Watering
- Patrolling (protects crops from theft and increases steal gains)
Each pal has 1–2 talents, and these talents come with star levels. Talents increase work efficiency, while mastery levels provide basic stat boosts. Mastery grows as pals expend stamina in tasks or through items like Secret Work Guides. Pals have a stamina system tied to their quality level. Using pal food like Crunchy Cookies restores stamina, ensuring ongoing productivity. In terms of rewards, each 1 stamina spent equates to getting 1 mastery EXP (unless modified by affixes).
Manor, Tech Park, and Mine Upgrades
These three core areas now benefit from automation through Work Teams:
- Manor: Auto-planting, fertilizing, and anti-theft patrols become hands-off once a team is assigned.
- Tech Park: Automates research processes, uses speedup coupons, and sends family help requests automatically.
- Mines: Replaces manual pickaxe digging. Teams mine based on stamina, yielding Adventure Rewards like Rock and Earthen Gems (convertible to Manor Coins via the new Mystic Merchant).
New Workshop System
The Workshop replaces the Retainer system, shifting food production and logistics support to a more hands-on yet efficient format. In the workshop, players can make use of wheat to produce different types of dishes such as crunchy cookies, nutrition bread, power mousse, and elite mixes. You will need work tables to produce these dishes. At any moment, players can have a maximum of 3 worktables. The first one is free, the second one costs 10,000 manor coins, and the third one requires Pal feast pass. A Canteen system lets players assign food to be auto-fed to Work Teams, tying all logistical systems into a neat automation loop.
Playing Legend of Mushroom on a bigger screen of your PC with BlueStacks without worrying about battery drainage and smooth gameplay is highly recommended.
