Ragnarok Origin, the free-to-play MMORPG by Gravity Game Inc boasts over 5 million player base! With such a large number of active users, it’s required to release consistent updates to keep the players entertained and engaged. Ragnarok Origin is available as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. The new update and its contents can already be seen live in-game as the patch was concluded on 8th May 2023. 

Super Extreme Challenge Event

The Super Extreme Challenge event starts in-game from 15th May 2023 and ends on 22nd May 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, players will earn up to 50% extra Eden coins on every single game mode. Eden coin is the currency used to purchase different goodies in-game. A new mechanic has been added to the event that allows players to receive different gift bags once the challenge has been completed. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 40 or above. The Super Extreme Challenge event is available for Angeling, Deviling, Poring, Ghostring, Mastering.

Veins Strategic Battle Event

The Veins Strategic Battle event starts in-game from 15th May 2023 and ends on 22nd May 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, players are required to choose any faction and defend it from invaders. Successful defense will lead to gain in Salt Pillar Shards and event coins. The event coins can be later exchanged for some juicy freebies. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 55 or above. The Veins Strategic Battle event is available for all servers. 

2X Card Drop Rate Event

The 2X Card Drop Rate event starts in-game from 22nd May 2023 and ends on 29th May 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, players can rejoice as the drop rate of cards obtained from monsters in the wild will be increased to twice of the original drop rate. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 25 or above. The 2X Card Drop Rate event is available for all servers.

Marketplace Shopping Festival Event

The Marketplace Shopping Festival event starts in-game from 22nd May 2023 and ends on 29th May 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, players are free to choose the products they want to purchase and combine them. After purchasing, they will receive point rewards. Points can be exchanged for additional goodies. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 25 or above. The Marketplace Shopping Festival event is available for Angeling, Deviling, Poring, Ghostring, Mastering.

Malgando Supply Event

The Malgando Supply event starts in-game from 22nd May 2023 and ends on 29th May 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, players can talk to NPC characters and get rewarded for the same. The NPCs spawn multiple times during the day. The longer you are online, the more rewards you will get. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 25 or above. The Malgando Supply event is available for all servers.

Deviruchi’s Offer Event

The Deviruchi’s Offer event starts in-game from 3rd June 2023 and ends on 10th June 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, players can simply log in to get 5 additional Deviruchi tickets every single day, up to an additional 35 tickets. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 25 or above. The Deviruchi’s Offer event is available for all servers.

Operation Union Event

The Operation Union event starts in-game from 29th May 2023 and ends on 5th June 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, players can get 100% more Proof of Union just by assisting other players on their journey. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 20 or above. The Operation Union event is available for all servers.

Helheim Racing Event

The Helheim Racing event starts in-game from 29th May 2023 and ends on 5th June 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, a new type of content called the Helheim racing challenge will be unlocked. You can race in the event and you will be awarded based on the time spent to complete the race. The shorter the time it took to complete the race, the higher the rewards. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 25 or above. The Helheim Racing event is available for all servers.

Operation Commission Event

The Operation Commission event starts in-game from 29th May 2023 and ends on 5th June 2023, running for roughly a week. During this event, players will be happy to see that the maximum limit for Commission tickets has been increased to 20. The requirement to participate in this event stands at Base level 25 or above. The Operation Commission event is available for all servers but accessible only for those players who have the Commission feature unlocked.

Adjustments and Optimizations

To improve the balance of the game and maintain fairness of the game, the existing Imprint Stone tablets are being balanced. Here are the core adjustments:

• Increased the weekly opening limit of some feather custom chests
• Increased the drop rate of Juperos Ruins build imprint custom chests
• Increased the number of teams that can obtain build imprint custom chests from Juperos Ruins ranking to 150
• Optimized the special effects when obtaining points in the Guild League
• [Fixing]
• Fixed the issue where the HP of summoned Homunculus by Alchemists was not automatically replenished to full.
• Fixed the issue where there was no challenge button in the Guild League battlefield
• Fixed the issue where the build imprint of Alchemists was not functioning properly
• Fixed the issue where the duration of the build imprint of Monks was abnormal
