S Tier Characters
Let’s take a look at all of the characters in this tier:
Phantasio

Phantasio is a Umbro element character that is classified as a DPS type. His ultimate ability Curtain Up states that Phantasio enters a Bestial Fury state that drains his Sanity over time and ends once it reaches zero. While transformed, he cannot use weapons. His normal melee attacks become Furious Claws, a four-hit Umbro combo, and his air attacks turn into a plunging strike that hits all nearby enemies.
His ranged attack becomes Mournful Howl, a long-range Umbro energy beam. Landing the third hit of Furious Claws or Mournful Howl triggers Duo, while the fourth melee hit or the plunging strike triggers Fermata.
Lady Nifle

Lady Nifle is a Lumino element character that is classified as a DPS type. Her ultimate ability Misty Sea Requiem states that Lady Nifle enters the Funeral Rite state, where any Skill Range above 100% is converted into bonus Skill Damage. During this mode, her ranged weapons gain higher trigger rates, and both Lunar Hunt and Solar Eclipse cost no Sanity.
Lunar Hunt pulls enemies toward its center, while Solar Eclipse deals boosted damage. Funeral Rite ends either after a fixed duration or once she casts six total Lunar Hunt or Solar Eclipse skills.
Lynn

Lynn is a Pyro element character that is classified as a DPS type. Her ultimate ability Gun Powder Revelry states that Lynn swaps her ranged weapon for Hansel and Gretel, allowing her to fire and use skills but only move with Deadly Blossom. Her shots hit all enemies in front and build stacking attack speed every 0.2 seconds, up to 35 stacks.
While firing, she continuously consumes Sanity and becomes immune to hitstun. The skill ends when her Sanity reaches zero or when she manually ends it, causing her to put Hansel and Gretel away.
Tabethe

Tabethe is a Hydro element character that is classified as a Support type. Her ultimate ability Tabethe’s Specialty states that Tabethe orders all her summoned Tentacles to strike at once, boosting their overall damage. She also increases Skill Damage for herself and nearby allies. Her Tentacle summons inherit all her stats, deal continuous Hydro damage to nearby enemies, and can grab up to two targets to keep them immobilized.
Fina

Fina is a Lumino element character that is classified as a Support type. Her ultimate ability Let the Tea Party Begin! states that Fina summons a Boisterous Tea Party field in front of her, which drains Sanity until it hits zero or she manually ends it. While the field is active, using the skill again cycles the field’s effects through its Tea Party Guests in order: Nightingale, Hound, Unicorn, and Butterfly. If she recasts the skill while standing outside the field, it simply moves the Tea Party to her new position.
A Tier Characters
Let’s take a look at all of the characters in this tier:
Berenica

Berenica is a Umbro element character that is classified as a DPS type. Her ultimate ability Netherflames states that Berenica switches to her melee weapon Ymir and immediately releases a Swordwave. While using Ymir, her normal attacks fire Swordwaves in front of her and continuously drain Sanity. During this state, she cannot be hitstunned. The effect ends, and Ymir is sheathed when her Sanity reaches zero or when she manually ends the skill.
Outsider

Outsider is a Anemo element character that is classified as a DPS type. His ultimate ability Stealthy Prowl states that Outsider enters a full Stealth state, which also ends his Relentless Hunt. Leaving Stealth or activating the skill again while hidden triggers two Fang Spikes that strike nearby enemies. While in Stealth, enemies cannot detect him and damage will not reveal him. However, using any attack or activating Predator’s Pounce will immediately end the Stealth effect.
Daphne

Daphne is an Anemo element character that is classified as a Support type. Her ultimate ability Repulsion Synthesis states that Daphne heals herself and her allies while applying the Purification Formula. She also briefly restrains nearby enemies and inflicts the Decay Formula on them. For every target affected, whether ally or enemy, she creates one Azoth Projectile up to a total of twelve. Purification Formula increases her Anemo Damage. Decay Formula lowers the target’s Attack and deals periodic Anemo Damage every two seconds.
Rebecca

Rebecca is a Hydro element character that is classified as a DPS type. Her ultimate ability Lada Lovedew states that Rebecca releases a burst of Hydro Damage to all nearby enemies. The damage becomes stronger for each Poison of Love stack the enemies are currently affected by.
B Tier Characters
Let’s look at all of the characters in this tier:
Sibylle

Sibylle is a Electro element character that is classified as a DPS type. Her ultimate ability Stormcaller states that Sibylle summons a Chaotic Thunderorb and only one can exist at a time. If she has Might of Thunder, it is consumed to create an enhanced Thunderorb. The enhanced version activates Devastating Storm every two seconds and deals stronger Link Damage.
Yale and Oliver
Yale and Oliver are a Pyro element character that is classified as a DPS type. Their ultimate ability Nightmare’s Grasp states that Yale and Oliver create a Nightmare Lab around themselves. They can end the Lab early by using the skill again. While inside the Nightmare Lab, enemies have reduced Movement Speed. Any Tot Poppers on the ground stop their detonation timers and cannot be triggered by other Tot Poppers.

When the Nightmare Lab ends, every Tot Popper inside it detonates and the Lab itself explodes, dealing Pyro Damage to all enemies in the area. Each Tot Popper that detonates increases the final explosion damage and restores Sanity to both Yale and Oliver.
Randy

Randy is a Electro element character that is classified as a DPS type. His ultimate ability Special Gift states that Randy throws a Bespoke Shield forward, which triggers an Impact when it stops. As long as the shield remains on the field, it triggers another Impact every three seconds. Impact deals damage only to enemy Shields based on Randy’s Defense and grants an Ultra Shield to Randy and his allies. If an enemy has no Shield at all, Impact will also paralyze them.
