S Tier Heroes

Garo

Garo is a SS rarity hero from the Glory faction that is classified as a Mage type. His 1st active skill Lightning Surge states that garo electrocutes an enemy 2 times, each dealing magic damage. His 2nd active skill Thunder Punishment states that Garo calls lightning to strike all enemies, dealing magic damage. Marks targets; subsequent casts deal 18% of missing HP.

Ollya

Ollya is a SS rarity hero from the Glory faction that is classified as an Archer type. Her 1st active skill Radiant Arrow states that she attacks an enemy, dealing physical damage; triggers splash damage, dealing damage to all enemies in range. Her 2nd active skill Shining Wings states that Ollya fires a penetrating arrow attacking all enemies in a row, dealing 3 instances of damage, each dealing physical damage and knocking back 2 squares. 60% chance to inflict Root, lasting 1 turn.

Levinia

Levinia is a SS rarity hero from the Glory faction that is classified as a Mage type. Her 1st active skill Starlight Surge states that she fires a starlight orb at an enemy, dealing magic damage. Heals allies within 2 squares, restoring back some HP. Her 2nd active skill Stellar Blessing states that Levinia gathers starlight power to bless an ally, restoring HP; the target also recovers HP equal to 100% of the casters spell attack at the start of each turn for 2 turns.

Xi

Xi is a SS rarity hero from the Bunker faction that is classified as an Archer type. His 1st active skill No Copy states that he throws firecrackers at enemies, dealing physical damage to target and surrounding enemies, dealing 50% additional damage to center target. His 2nd active skill Happy New Year states that Xi fires a medium firework into the sky that explodes, dealing physical damage to enemies around the target, dealing 50% additional damage to the center target; blesses self and allies within 1 square, granting 50% damage immunity against assassins.

Goya

Goya is a SS rarity hero from the City faction that is classified as a Mage type. Her 1st active skill Ice Spike states that she attacks an enemy, dealing magic damage; 25% chance to apply Frost; reduces attack speed by 10% per stack for 2 turns.
