Enter the eastern fantasy world of Sword of Justice, a brand-new MMORPG that has recently launched globally after a successful debut in South Korea. Powered by the Unreal Engine 5, the game features mesmerizing graphics, original animated cut-scenes, and a creative storyline that develops depending on the choices you make. To ensure you progress efficiently, it’s important to understand the core gameplay flow and mechanics. That’s exactly what this beginners guide for Sword of Justice has to offer. Let’s dive right in!

Understand the Gameplay Flow of Sword of Justice

In Sword of Justice, the core gameplay flow follows the same path as in any other mobile MMORPG. You are required to follow and complete a set of tasks and missions in order to reap resources and enhance your character. The very first choice players are given is to choose a martial school, a unique name used to describe classes in Sword of Justice. Players are given a choice of 6 martial schools, each having a unique set of active and passive abilities. It’s important to make this choice carefully as class switch or change options are not available yet.

Once you are finished choosing a class and customizing your character, the real journey to becoming a martial arts master begins. Simply follow the main quests that are highlighted in yellow color. These quests can be skipped as well, at least the cut-scenes. The game also has auto-traverse options, which allows you to complete quests by simply tapping on them. Doing so, the AI (Artificial Intelligence) automatically takes you to the questing location. Keep doing so for faster leveling until you reach the server level limit of the day.

Yes, sadly there is a daily level limit in the opening days of a server in Sword of Justice. While this ensures players feel no rush to progress, it also puts a restriction for hardcore players who want to grind all day.

Master the Action-Packed Combat Mechanics in Sword of Justice

The combat mechanics of Sword of Justice are quite action-packed and thrilling to both watch and play. You can feel the power of every punch, kick, and ability as the animations dance across towards the enemies. Since you are trained to be martial artist, players can expect a mix of both long-ranged and close-ranged combat. Depending on the class you have chosen, these differences can starkly vary. The controls of Sword of Justice are quite simple to learn but difficult to execute skillfully.

Perhaps the combat might appear simple at first but as you progress more, new ability slots will open up and that raises the complexity. Starting with the basics, you control the movement of your character with the virtual wheel located on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side, the first attack option is the basic attack.

The one below it is for executing small instantaneous dashes. The one above it is for jumping a small distance. All your active abilities are in a crescent-moon shaped structure above the basic attack. These abilities can be swapped out, and replaced with new ones. Extra ability slots open as you level up your character.

Dungeons and Exploration System in Sword of Justice

Sword of Justice features a ton of different types of game modes that players can experience. Some of those modes are Dungeons and Exploration. The dungeons open when your character reaches level 30. Depending on the day, one out of 4 dungeons remain open throughout. Players can clear the dungeon once for free each day. Subsequent tries will cost you 100 Vigor, the stamina currency in Sword of Justice. In the exploration area, there are different zones and sub-quests that players can take up for extra resources and XP. These sub-quests are marked in blue color, and can be auto-traversed.

Gearing and Enhancement Tips

Gear upgrades are one of the most straightforward ways to grow stronger. You can obtain new equipment from dungeons, events, and the in-game shop. When enhancing gear, remember that upgrades apply to the slot, not the item itself. This means that even if you replace your weapon, the enhancement level remains intact. Use jades and banknotes to enhance equipment or purchase gear boxes from the Winstorm Shop that match your level range.

Players can enjoy playing SWORD OF JUSTICE on a bigger screen of their PC or Laptop via BlueStacks along with your keyboard and mouse.
