Tales of Neverland – A Thorough Guide for All Classes

Being a role-playing game at its core, Tales of Neverland features 3 unique and different classes to choose from. Each class can further be divided into a sub-class, further diversifying the playstyles. Boasting a ton of customization options to ensure your character stands to be unique, the game allows all classes to be both Male or Female. Might seem minor, but not a lot of games offer such a deep customization to its players. Some starter tips should also help you in making more progression.

A host of 3 different classes are available at the time of global launch:

  • Swordsman
  • Marksman
  • Mage

As we mentioned beforehand, each class is unique in their own ways, and they are further branched out into 2 sub-classes each. Players can unlock the activation of their 2nd class after they reach VIP 4 level. Do not worry, it’s completely free but requires you to complete a host of missions at each VIP level. Classes play a huge role in determining your progression level as a beginner. We have scouted through the pros & cons of each class to help new players make a sound choice. Let’s get right into the guide.

Swordsman Class

The Swordsman class in Tales of Neverland is one of the best choices if you’re somebody who likes to be in the middle of the battlefield, slashing through your enemies. Being a melee ranged class, they are blessed with quite the high DPS stat line, along with a favourable amount of survivability. Sadly, what they lack in is supportive abilities that will benefit other players. Don’t worry, your team players can compensate for it! The Swordsman class is highly recommended for new players, as these characters are quite easy to use and master. They are further divided into 2 sub-classes; the Gladiator, and the Berserker.

Marksman Class

The Marksman class in Tales of Neverland is one of the deadliest classes in the game due to their agile nature and hard-hitting abilities. Being a long-ranged class, these characters are all about Attack and Attack speed. Using the mighty bow & arrow as the weapon, they can shoot out a deadly flurry of arrows at their foes.

They are played as more of a lone warrior, as Marksman lack any form of survivability. If you ever thought of defeating an enemy on the battlefield, it would be the Rangers due to their abysmally low HP and Defense. The Marksman class is highly recommended for players who like to play around, and master their class. The difficulty curve is quite steep, so ensure practicing a lot! They are further divided into 2 sub-classes; the Ranger, and the Windchaser.

Mage Class

The Mage class in Tales of Neverland is probably your only choice if you’re looking for a strong AOE-targeted damage dealer that can also substantially heal allies. They are a long-ranged class, blessed with multiple stat values except survivability. It’s been said by veterans of the game that any team requires a Mage, due to their extraordinarily good abilities. The Mage class is highly recommended for team-oriented players, especially those who are looking forward to joining a Guild and competing in high-ranking game modes. They are further divided into 2 sub-classes; the Judge, and the Priest.
