If you’ve played the Paramo map on PUBG’s PC version and enjoyed its dynamic nature, we have good news: the next major update will add it to PUBG Mobile. Paramo features many features distinct from classic maps, and its addition means new mechanics are also coming: these could be powerful enough to change the meta.

Here, we’ll take a detailed look at the new PUBG Mobile Paramo map, but be aware that no information is final yet and is subject to change. The new map will be available in beta testing, which begins in mid-December 2025, and we’ll update the information here if we see any major changes.

The First 3×3 Map

One of Paramo’s most striking features is that it’s the first 3 km x 3 km map to be added to PUBG Mobile. But its size isn’t its only advantage: it’s also dynamic. Players playing the PC version already know what this means, but if you’ve only played on mobile, it’s worth noting that it’s called “dynamic” because the map content changes with each match.

In other words, there are no “hotspots” on this map. The topography is constantly changing, meaning you can’t predict where things are. The map’s key buildings and features, such as the volcano on top, are always there, but you can’t know exactly where they are before you start a match: their locations will change with each round.

The map also features numerous environmental hazards: you’ll see lava rivers almost everywhere, and falling into one will result in instant death. Another addition to Paramo is helicopters. As you know, PUBG Mobile doesn’t have any aircraft other than paragliders. However, this will change with Paramo, and we’ll start seeing helicopters and choppers. These will offer completely new ways to get from one point on the map to another.

What’s in Paramo?

While their content and locations are constantly changing, some locations are always available on Paramo. There are four in total:

  • Capaco: A small town with an ancient temple in the center.

  • Helipad: A helicopter landing pad surrounded by modern buildings.

  • Atahul: Looks like a slightly larger version of Capaco: a town with a larger temple in the center.

  • Makalpa: A medium-sized town.

In addition, you can find secret rooms at various points on the map: some of the best weapons in the game will be waiting for you in them. No official information has been released regarding the release date of the new PUBG Mobile Paramo map. We know that beta testing will begin in mid-December 2025, and based on past release cycles, we can estimate that it will be playable for everyone towards the end of January 2026. As always, BlueStacks will be the best option for playing PUBG Mobile on PC: with BlueStacks, you can get much improved controls, higher-quality graphics, and much more satisfying gameplay.
