Mobile Legends: Bang Bang plans to launch the final month of 2025 with a bang: throughout December, we’ll see many new skins, heroes, and events in the game. Meet the new hero: Sora

Sora is a fighter/assassin hero, and his abilities are charge/burst-focused. This means he focuses on dealing burst damage and can become a deadly weapon in the right hands. His most notable feature is his ability to ascend into different forms. This allows him to use nine abilities at once, requiring the player to switch between different forms for different combat scenarios.

Therefore, he’s not well-suited for beginners. To ascend to a new form, Sora must stack his passive. After this, he can switch to one of two forms: Thunder and Torrent. Thunder boosts his single-target assassin abilities and has a very offensive playstyle. Torrent doesn’t increase damage, but it does boost his health pool and transform him into a brawler. This form can help him survive when surrounded by multiple enemies.

New season, new skins

Season 39 of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang will begin on December 18, meaning many new skins will be added to the game. First among these are Sora’s skins: in addition to an avatar border for this hero, you can collect profile background effects until the season ends. Other skins include:

You can collect other skins during two different events. The first is the MLBB x SpongeBob Collab, which started on November 28th: ​​you can choose from five free skins and get a special skin for Badang for free by participating in the “Shining Album” event. The other is the MLBB x Attack on Titan Collab, which starts on December 6, 2025.
