CIRRUS

Through the Clouds (Passive Ability) – Cirrus can fly and ignore terrain indefinitely after he reaches level 4. Breath is a temporary increase in Movement Speed (0–60) that is granted by using Basic Attacks. He applies a stack of lacerate to opponents for two seconds, stacking up to five times when he hits them with Basic Attacks or skills. When an enemy with a lacerated body moves, they take physical damage equal to 0.24% of their maximum health, which increases by 0.02% for every 50 physical attacks. Damage rises with stack count, reaching a maximum of ten times the starting amount.

Enemies with lacerations sustain physical damage every 0.2 seconds (2.7% Physical Attack). While minions and monsters take total damage whether they are moving or not, lacerated heroes only take 50% of this damage while they are stationary.

Cloud Descending (1st active ability) – As Cirrus charges up, he gains 60 (+12% per skill level) Movement Speed. He then charges forward, knocking back non-hero units and gaining a shield that negates 300 (+60 per skill level) +100% extra Physical Attack damage. He stuns opponents for 0.5 seconds and deals 200 (+40 per skill level) physical damage (+80% extra Physical Attack). He can also jump back a predetermined distance if he hits a hero.

The dash knocks back non-hero units. A 20% reduction in cooldown will result from stopping the charging.

Razor Wind (2nd active ability) – Cirrus launches wind blades that slow opponents by 25% for one second and deal 150 physical damage (+30 per skill level) +50% extra Physical Attack twice. During the next four seconds, he increases his Attack Speed by 20 (+4% per skill level), extends the range of his Basic Attack, and unleashes three razor-sharp feathers. Every feather travels farther than the previous one and deals physical damage at rates of +20%, +30%, and +50%, respectively.

Soaring Whirlwind (Ultimate ability) – For a brief period, Cirrus receives a 30% damage reduction (+15% per skill level). He gains speed and quickly lifts the target hero off the ground, dispelling any crowd control effects he may have been under as he soars into the air. He is mobile and untargetable during this time. He launches the target hero into the air for 0.5 seconds and deals 360 physical damage (+180 per skill level) plus 100% extra Physical Attack as he lands.

For each stack of lacerate that is active, he deals 10% more damage upon landing. Only while in the air will the enemy hero that Cirrus sends flying take damage from him. When Cirrus lands, he will deal the same amount of damage regardless of whether any enemies are nearby. Cirrus’s movement speed while in the air scales with his level.
