Quarantine Checkpoint feels like Papers Please crashed into a zombie siege, but with more knobs to tweak and more ways to mess up. The player runs a border gate by day, checking passports and scan results, watching for little tells that someone is infected or lying, then choosing to trust, quarantine, or just remove the threat.
