Crown of the Empire 2 is this story-driven strategy game where you follow Elena, who’s a lot more into chasing down mysteries and exploring weird places than living the royal life. While her sisters are into fancy dresses and hanging out at court, Elena’s off in caves or solving puzzles around the palace. She’s got some loyal friends, like Percy and Jorik, and even the royal family seems to respect her determination. Things kick off when the queen’s favorite corgi, Buttercup, goes missing — and suddenly there’s a rescue mission, masked kidnappers, and an even bigger mystery when the young prince disappears too.
The whole game is set in an alternate Victorian-like world, full of cool machines and strange gadgets, so it stands out from the usual fantasy stuff.
