The Sacred Land is going to be the name of the game in GODSOME: Clash of Gods. It is the homeland, your entire kingdom, that you need to protect and expand. By upgrading your Sacred Land, you can quickly reach to different eras of development. This will remind you of historical eras such as Stone Age, Bronze Age, Silver Age, Industrial Age, etc. Each era will bring about its own changes and advantages, while also opening room to develop new technologies. As you move up the ladder, the chances of your success increases and you become stronger overall.

Despite being a city-builder, do not forget that the main objective of the game is to get stronger and expand your own kingdom. You can scout for different land and resourceful areas. Players are required to fight and fend off enemies that are also laying eyes on your possessions. You can also approach them diplomatically to build relations and enhance trust.

Akin to Guilds/Clubs in other games, Alliances are places where different players can bond together, share resources, and participate in different types of battles against other alliances. The main goal of any Alliance is to conquer the Sanctuary of Loki that is located at the centre of the map. You will be free to either join an existing Alliance or make a new Alliance. Each member of the Alliance is given a particular Rank according to the Alliance Leader. Sanctuary and Tower of Blessing are the 2 crucial buildings that will help you expand territory of the Alliance.

A lot of benefits can be reaped by simply joining an Alliance. Such benefits include the likes of Gathering resources in resource points in the territory, producing resources from Alliance resource points in the territory, and Obtaining alliance medal by supporting the alliance, donating research, and constructing. Players can also reduce their construction time by a significant margin if their Alliance has the buffs unlocked. Much like an individual, you can also follow the tactical options of forging relations with other alliance by being diplomatic and negotiating. This will grant you with honourable titles such as “King”, “Queen”, and “Prince”.
