S Tier Cookies

Let’s take a look at all of the cookies in this tier:

Wind Archer Cookie

Wind Archer is one of only two TSSR cookies in the game, and he is the strongest clearing unit available right now. His attacks pierce through five enemies at a time for 105.2% of his attack every 2.5 seconds, and that pierce count is printed directly in game rather than estimated, so you know exactly what you are getting.

His Last Wind skill adds another 235.6% of attack every twelve hits, which keeps him relevant against single targets too. He becomes even stronger when paired with Strawberry Shortcake Cookie, who provides the Pierce synergy his kit is built around.

Oven Wanderer Cookie

Oven Wanderer is the other TSSR cookie and has the best raw stats in the entire roster at 179 attack and 3,230 health, roughly 15% higher than any SSR. His kit is broad, combining a charge that pierces everything in its path, a flame trail, and a wide explosion.

The trade off is that each of those damage sources is fairly small on its own, so his total output sits below the top clearing cookies. What he does offer is unmatched durability, which makes him the safest long term front line investment and a reliable sub DPS in almost any team.

Milky Way Cookie

Milky Way deals damage through a dream train that hits for 61.1% of attack per tick, firing every third of a second for 2.5 seconds and repeating up to twice in a row. Across a full cycle that works out to roughly 916% of attack, spread over a wide rectangular area.

That per tick value is the highest in the roster by a considerable margin, which makes her one of the strongest horde clearing options available. She fits comfortably into most team compositions without needing a specific synergy provider to function.

Pomegranate Cookie

Pomegranate deals no damage at all and is still one of the most valuable cookies in the game. Her buff grants allies a 46.5% attack increase for nine seconds on a ten second cooldown, which works out to roughly 90% uptime multiplying every damage dealer you field.

She also provides 75% Projectile Speed synergy on top of that. If you pull her, she earns a permanent slot in almost any lineup, since a buff this strong scales with whatever else you bring rather than competing with it.

Toothpaste Cookie

Toothpaste has arguably the most complete kit in the entire roster. He deals carry level damage at 189% of attack across three volleys, heals for 235.2%, and hands the whole team a 50% Range synergy at the same time.

Very few cookies cover damage, healing, and team buffing in one slot, which makes him incredibly flexible while you are still building your roster. He also holds up well in boss fights, where his concentrated damage and self sustain both stay useful.

A Tier Cookies

Let’s take a look at all of the cookies in this tier:

Cream Soda Cookie

Cream Soda fires eight projectiles at 42% of attack each on a 3.5 second cooldown, which is the shortest cooldown among the top damage cookies. That rapid cycle keeps her damage output consistent rather than spiky, which suits the constant enemy pressure of this game.

She also grants the team a 50% Range synergy, making her one of the few cookies that provides real value beyond her own damage. Range is the easiest synergy to build around thanks to how many providers and recipients exist for it.

Espresso Cookie

Espresso follows the gather and detonate pattern, which is one of the strongest approaches in this genre. His Grinding skill pulls enemies into a pile, then detonates a black hole on top of them for 232.4% of attack, with a whirlwind ticking 20.2% every third of a second on top.

Against large groups his clearing output is genuinely exceptional, and he is one of the fastest cookies in the game for burning through waves. He is noticeably weaker in boss content, though, since gathering does nothing against a single target.

Dark Choco Cookie

Dark Choco is obtainable for free through quests, which makes him one of the first strong cookies most players get. He deals very little damage himself, but his defense reduction debuff stacks up to ten times and multiplies your entire team’s output.

Because his skill radius scales with Range synergy, he also functions as a genuine area damage unit rather than a pure tank. Max him early since he stays useful long after your starting cookies get replaced.

Cool Mint Cookie

Cool Mint is one of the newest SSR additions to the roster, arriving after global launch as part of the Implant Gang. She slots straight into the upper end of the SSR pool and holds a strong position in the current meta.

Since she was added through a later banner rather than being available at launch, most players will not have her yet. If she appears on a banner while you are still building your core team, she is worth pulling for.

Milk Cookie’s Crunchy Strong Pediatrician

This cookie brings sustained healing alongside a stacking attack buff that builds up to ten stacks at 6% each. That combination keeps your team alive while quietly raising their damage output over the course of a fight.

What makes him particularly valuable is that he is the only Duration provider among the high rarity cookies, which is a synergy no other top tier unit covers. That exclusivity earns him a place in teams that would otherwise skip a second support.

B Tier Cookies

Let’s look at all of the cookies in this tier:

Vampire Cookie

Vampire ranks lower for general play but is the single best boss killer in the game. His Vampirism skill hits one target for 333.8% of attack, plus two additional hits that scale with Chain synergy, all landing on the same enemy.

Nothing else in the roster comes close in a one on one fight. The catch is that all of that damage is concentrated on a single target, so he contributes very little during normal wave clearing. Bring him specifically for boss content.

Melon Soda Cookie

Melon Soda fires twenty shots that all land on the same target, which makes her far better in boss fights than her general ranking suggests. Against crowds that concentration works against her, since all those shots hit one enemy instead of spreading out.

Her shot count scales with the Rapid Fire synergy, and since providers for it do exist, that twenty shot figure is achievable in practice rather than just a number on her card.

Skating Queen Cookie

Skating Queen deals little damage herself but provides 40% crit damage to the team along with Chain synergy. Chain is the scarcest synergy in the game with only two providers, and it carries the biggest multipliers on the cookies that use it.

That scarcity makes her far more useful in practice than her ranking implies. If you are running Vampire, Oven Wanderer, or Twizzly Gummy, she is one of only two cookies that can unlock their full damage potential.
