Tip #1. Progress in the Instance Mode!

One of the most important game modes to put your focus towards is the Instance mode. New players must progress as much farther into the chapters as they can if they want to speedrun through the initial tiring parts of the game. Not only will you complete multiple quests by doing so, but also unlock several new PvE and PvP game modes that offer juicy rewards. Plus, you will get tons of currencies and other rewards each time you clear a stage for the first time in the instance mode.

A lot of important game modes and QOL features unlock after you clear certain stages in the Instance mode. For example, the ability to unlock 3X and 4X battle speed unlock after clearing the 2nd chapter. Quick battle and sweep battle unlock after clearing 3rd chapter. The Arena game mode unlocks after clearing stage 3-20. The ability to forge new weapons unlocks after clearing 4-5. Hence, as a new player, simply continue pursuing the instance mode as much as you can.

Tip #2. Train your Heroes!

Your heroes are going to be the most important asset in the game. They are used in all game modes, be it PvE or PvP. Hence, it’s important to know how you can empower them to your advantage. Before we go ahead, we must clarify that CP (Combat Power) is the cumulative number assigned to every hero in the game, and it comprises of their current star level, level, gear, etc. Players can firstly enhance their heroes by simply increasing their level. This can be done either individually or via party enhance that increases the level of all your owned heroes at once.

Tip #3. Summon for the Most Powerful Heroes from the Altar!

In Covenant: The Last Flame, the summoning system is the most important out of all to unlock and utilize early on. It unlocks after you clear the initial tutorial. This system has 2 different banners – hero recruitment and friendship recruitment. The Altar system uses Diamonds (premium currency), Hero Recruitment Tickets, and Friendship tokens to summon for new heroes. The first 10-pull any new player will do is guaranteed to give them an SSR hero. Additionally, you can further build up pity as every 50 summons guarantees an SSR grade hero.

Tip #4. Make sure to Claim the Idle Rewards!

The Idle reward system in Covenant: The Last Flame is tied to the Instance game mode itself. Players can click on the chest in the instance mode to check out how much rewards have accumulated. These rewards get collected even when you’re not actively playing the game. These rewards accumulate up to 12 hours maximum. Hence, you can claim them after an interval of 12 hours every time to maximize their efficiency. The quantity and quality of idle rewards are directly proportional to how far you have progressed in instance mode.

Tip #5. Always Look out for New Events!

Since Covenant: The Last Flame is a real-time RPG, players should always look out for new online events and tournaments that are held each week! Players can get notified about these events either by staying connected to the game’s social media outlets such as Discord server, FB page, etc, or by simply checking the “Events” tab in-game every now and then. New events are usually marked by a separate announcement in-game.

These events can be as simple as a login-based attendance event or can be a puzzling server-wide tournament that requires you to put in ample effort. Whatever shapes they may come in, events are the best way to get more rewards, such as summoning currencies, Diamonds, Collection tokens, hero fragments, and more!
