We will be simply explaining how to maximize character growth without referring to any particular class. Understanding about some of the core terminologies and stats is important as they play a grave role in determining your overall combat power. Check them out:

• Power – This refers to your current battle power. Each character is assigned a rating that approximates their strength depending on their level, skill strength, and items/gear.
• HP – Hit Points: This is how much life your character has. When this reaches zero, you die.
• Energy – Adventures and Dungeons demand the usage of energy, which typically ranges from 5 to 10 each stage/section.
• Gear Rating – The combined rating of the character’s current equipment.
• Strength – Increases Physical Attack.
• Agility – Improves PDEF and Physical Crit Rate.
• Spirit – Increases Magic Defense and Crit Rate.
• Intelligence – Increases Magical Attack.
• Physique – Increases HP.
• EXP – Experience: This bar indicates how close you are to reaching the next character level.
• Stamina – Stamina is spent in PVP mode, specifically when performing skills, and it recharges once the character briefly disengages from opponents.

How to Level up a Character?

Levelling up your character in Crystal of Atlan is pretty much the same as any other action RPG. Killing more and more enemies, and completing more and more quests. Yes, this may sound monotonous but the amount of experience offered by the story mode is sufficient to increase levels fast. You can also repeat grind completed stages in the story mode by consuming more stamina. This will aid you in leveling up faster. Ideally, we would simply recommend not overthinking and focus on completing the main story quests.

Gearing up your Character

Gearing your character the right way is the best case scenario for you to succeed in any game mode or challenge. Gearing can make or break your character, quite literally. You can gain equipment by completing dungeons or crafting your own. If you find yourself falling behind or struggling to progress, particularly during your leveling adventure, you might consider improving your gear. Maintaining a level-appropriate weapon is extremely crucial, as it allows you to deliver more damage while avoiding time limits.

To make the gearing process even more strategic and lucrative, there are full gear sets that grant additional bonuses based on the number of components you equip from that set. Many of these sets are craftable, making it simple, albeit time-consuming, to collect all of the components.

Circuits

Circuits provide vital boosts to your gear pieces. Except for Relics, which cannot be circuited, each item of gear has one Circuit slot available. Circuits, much like gear, vary in rarity. The lower the quality of the Circuit, the lower the stats it offers. This can make a significant difference, so it’s always worth replacing Circuits with more powerful versions when you locate them.

Insignia

Insignias can be added to a piece of gear to provide bonuses or stats, but unlike Circuits, they cannot be removed. If you decide to replace an insignia, then the old one that got replaced will be destroyed forever. But, if you have a currency called “Insignia Transfer Stone”, then you can safely transfer the old insignia to a different piece of gear.

Character Outfits

In Crystal of Atlan, the outfit you wear isn’t simply for the glamour but also important strategically since it offers stats. That’s right, the outfit you wear gives your character more stats. Throughout your journey, you’ll eventually acquire an outfit set that you can wear. Outfits come in sets, just like gear. However, they’re a little more flexible, as the sets are defined by the Outfit piece’s rating. Players can also choose to purchase outfits or individual pieces from the cash shop or try their luck at summoning them.
