Understanding the Combat Settings

One of the key components of Dragonheir: Silent Gods is the combat system. On chessboards of all sizes and shapes, you can move your champions into action and engage in fierce real-time combat with monsters or other players. Players frequently have a more enjoyable and thrilling experience thanks to the different strategies and tactics derived from such gameplay. In the chess board-stylized 5×8 formation screen, you will see your allies on the left hand side while the enemies are on the right-hand side. Don’t be confused as you will see different boards in different situations, particularly in dungeons. 

This is the case for the majority of the game modes, particularly the main storyline. You need to defeat waves of enemies that spawn from the right-hand side while your allies remain stuck in their assigned positions until they are withdrawn or defeated. Furthermore, there are in-game stages where you must continuously fight through multiple rounds. This is where your team’s resilience is most important. 

Preparing for Battle in Dragonheir: Silent Gods – Some Tips and Guidelines

One of the biggest tips that we can give to players is to prepare efficiently and tactfully for each battle. Once the battle starts, you cannot make serious changes to your line-ups. You will first choose five heroes, deploy them, and modify their placement. There will be an aggro line between the Hero you have chosen and every enemy when you drag it. This line indicates which target each unit will attack first when the battle starts. Each ally will target an enemy, reflected by a red line pointing towards them. On the other hand, each friendly ally will target another ally, reflected by a yellow line pointing towards them. 

Remember to heal friendly champions who have low HP as well. To heal a champion who is low on HP, tap the plus symbol above them. On the Battle Preparation page, you can also choose and use medications from the section on the right. Furthermore, you can temporarily give your entire team the corresponding attribute bonuses by buffing Food. The players must go to the Aura Details page on the right-hand side and choose one of the deployed champions with a Captain Aura as the active Aura Skill for this round if multiple Heroes have this ability. 

If you are aware of both your strengths and weaknesses, you can fight a hundred battles without ever losing. Make sure to research your opponents before engaging in combat. This will assist you in setting up your formation appropriately to greatly improve your chances. You can quickly obtain information of your enemies by tapping the Info button located in the upper right corner!

In-game Combat: Tips and Tricks

Once the battle commences, players can deploy their units on the battlefield in the order they choose in the formation state. Your heroes will automatically attack the designated targets. Upon attacking, they will receive some energy to perform ultimate abilities. The ultimate energy bars of both enemies and allies can be seen in yellow below the HP bars. Players can choose to either trigger these ultimate abilities manually or automatically. When an enemy has finished recharging, they will immediately use their ultimate skills in a non-PvP battle. You are able to manually use the friendly Heroes’ ultimate skills. Selecting your goals according to the circumstances at hand will frequently give you an advantage.

You can set up the friendly Heroes to use their ultimate skills on the appropriate targets automatically once they have finished recharging by turning on the Auto Spellcasting mode in some easier battles or regular Dungeons that require multiple runs. Additionally, you can greatly improve the efficiency of your Dungeon runs by turning on the 2x Speed mode.
