While the game has an exciting number of PvE and PvP game modes, many of them are locked behind your account level. In this guide, we will be shedding light on all the different ways via which you can gain experience for your account, and level it up faster. Let’s begin!

What does “Levelling Up” mean in Huntopia?

Levelling up in Huntopia refers to increasing your core account level. This level can be seen at the top of the screen, on the left-hand side next to your player avatar. It can be quite tedious to increase levels, especallly when you reach a certain threshold amount of experience. Levelling up is the core process via which players can access the different PvE and PvP game modes available in Huntopia.

In this guide, we will be exploring all the different methods through which even a new player can advance their levels without much effort. Luckily, since Huntopia is an Idle MMO, it is not that difficult to gain experience and increase levels. All you need to know are the right places and some time!

Method #1. Complete the Main Quests

Like any mobile MMO, Huntopia also has a ton of quests that players can embark upon to progress forward in the story. Apart from being a gateway to the main storyline, these quests are also important to get premium rewards and experience for your account. If you’re a new player starting out, we would simply recommend completing these quests as they come. There will come a time when the game will notify you that your account level is not high enough to tackle the next quest, and this is when you should look out for other methods we mention.

Keep in mind, there are also side quests in Huntopia that do not offer experience directly but do offer amazing rewards that can be used to strengthen your account, and increase overall combat power (CP). These quests are denoted by blue color, while the main quests are denoted by yellow color. You can find these quests at the bottom-hand of the screen. In Huntopia, players can simply click on any quest, and the game will automatically take you to the location. This feature not only saves a ton of time of the player, but also makes the game super casual friendly.

You do not need to mindlessly grind and traverse to quest locations. Most of the main quests are mundane, and require you to meet different NPCs (Non-Playable Characters) that hand out items, or tell you fight “X” number of “Y” type of monsters. Yes, combat does play a huge role in Huntopia but for all the right reasons.

Method #2. Focus on clearing the Pet Dungeon

The second method to gain experience fast is by completing the pet dungeon. Like the name suggests, this is a dungeon from where you can get items to empower your owned pets. But, an underrated but important aspect of this dungeon is the amount of experience it drops for your player level. As a new player, when you unlock this dungeon, try to go as far as possible since the XP drops increase the higher level you challenge and defeat. Players can get more experience for their account from this dungeon than main story quests. That’s how important it is to farm them.
