Fellows have a ton of active and passive abilities that can help the player in defeating higher levels of campaign stages. In this guide for Isekai: Slow Life, we will be going in-depth regarding all the ways to increase the power level of your collected Fellows. Let’s get right into the methods.

Method #1. Leveling Up

Leveling up your Fellows is going to be the best method we would advise new players to invest their precious resources into. This is simply because Fellows can get a huge increase in their base stats as their level increases. A handy quality-of-life feature also exists in the game that allows the player to increase the level of their Fellows by ten levels at a time. You require an ample amount of Gold to level up your Fellow, and this requirement only increases as their level increases. Each Fellow also has a passive Gold generation stat that increases as their level increases. Naturally, their overall Power level also increases.

Method #2. Blessings

Blessings are going to be one of the most popular methods to increase the power level of your Fellows in Isekai: Slow Life. Blessings, in essence, are extra stats that are provided to all Fellows of the same Family tree. The more members of the Family you have, the higher will be the blessing stats provided. You can unlock Blessings from the “Family” feature in the main screen. Method #3. Artifacts

Artifacts also stand to be the 2nd more effective mechanic to enhance the power level of your Fellows, right after leveling them up. Artifacts are essentially pieces of equipment that are imbued with magic, and provide additional stats to the Fellow equipped with the piece. Artifacts can help increase the Attack, Defense, HP, and other stats of the Fellow by simply being equipped. Artifacts can also be enhanced by spending Gold. The enhancement allows them to provide even more stats than at the base level. 

Method #4. Operation Skills

Operation skills are those abilities that are unique to each Fellow, and can be upgraded via spending skill points and Gold. Each Fellow has been assigned a set of abilities that can be used in and out of combat situations. Players can enhance these skills to get more use out of them, on top of increasing the power level of the Fellow. By enhancing, the Fellow can also unlock new Operation abilities that were previously locked. A maximum of 3 operation abilities are available for each Fellow in Isekai: Slow Life. Method #5. Aptitude

Aptitude is one of the best ways to decide and customize which role you want a Fellow to play in your village. These are officially called as “Aptitude Points”, and can be allocated to multiple unique skills. Players would require a currency known as “Skill Pearls” to enhance the level of these skills. Skill Pearls can be obtained by combining its components in the Bag, or by directly exchanging them in the Battle Pass Exchange Shop.
