Choosing your Class in Karnark

Being an MMORPG, Karnark offers all players a choice of choosing their own class from a list of 3 distinct classes. Each class in the game can be considered a different character altogether with varying playstyles and multiple unique active/passive abilities. For those unaware, the classes in games like Karnark are fixed and cannot be changed later on in the game. Hence, make the class selection decision after thinking long and hard as you won’t be able to go back on it. Here is a short description about each of the 3 classes:

• Archer – The elf archer, known for exceptional archery skills, possesses average stats but can incapacitate enemies from afar with powerful ranged attacks. Additionally, they can balance their own and take down enemies using their magic power. This class is specialised in ranged attacks, and recommended for players who prioritize control.
• Knight – The knight excels at blocking enemy attacks with strong defense and countering with deadly strikes, making them particularly powerful in one-on-one combat. Additionally, through various self-enhancements, they will become a sturdy support for allies. A specialist in melee combat, recommended for adventurers who desire high survivability.
• Wizard – The wizard has low defense but is well-suited for healing allies or enhancing the party with various support spells. As they grow, they transform into a powerful ranged expert boasting strong magic. Recommended for skilled players who enjoy strategic play with powerful magic.

Understand the Combat Mechanics of Karnark

The gameplay mechanics of Karnark are akin to many similar mobile MMORPGs. Players can control the movement of their character by using the virtual control wheel located on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side, players should be able to see a button to pick up items, a button to trigger auto combat, a button to lock aim on specific targets, and lastly a large button to use auto attacks/basic attacks. At the top left-hand side, you should be able to see 2 different bars – Red and Blue.

The red bar signifies your total health points (HP), while the blue bar represents your total mana. When your HP falls below 0, you will faint and spawn back to the last safe point. Mana, on the other hand, is used to cast spells and use skills. Mana can be recharged automatically over time. The combat in Karnark is skill-based and players have the freedom to target select. Skills can be casted automatically, or can be used manually in a specific direction. Players can also layer up skills to gain additional advantages in the battle.

Questing

The questing system in Karnark is quite simple and straight-forward, as expected from a mobile friendly game. Quests come in different types but the most important are the main quests. Players can track their ongoing accepted quests from the top right-hand side. As a quality-of-life feature, quests can be automatically tracked and completed by simply clicking on them. Once clicked, the AI will automatically take you to the quest location and even help you complete it if it’s a combat related quest.

Questing is the best way to gain more experience for your account as well as to get rewards. Each quest gives you certain types of rewards, and also helps unlock several new game modes. As a beginner, your priority must lie in completing the beginner quests.

Stat Allocations

One of the more intuitive and intriguing system in Karnark is the skill allocation system. Players can choose to customize which stats they want more by investing stat points in them. Regardless of the class you have chosen, you can assign stat points to your character. This allows for a deeper level of character customization as players can alter their playstyle.
