Mobile Legends: Bang Bang traditionally releases a Starlight Pass, which contains various rewards such as premium skins. For the October 2023 Starlight Pass, Mobile Legends players will rejoice over the release of the “Twilight Waltz” skin for Layla as well as more goodies. Let’s check out some of the rewards for the coming month’s Starlight Pass.

A Starlight Pass is part of the game’s Starlight system. This is a monthly mission points system where players earn rewards based on how many starlight points they have earned. Players can subscribe to a Starlight Member or Starlight Member Plus membership to receive exclusive skins and other premium prizes.

For October 2023, the Starlight Pass Event exclusive skin is the Twilight Waltz skin for Layla, a marksman-type hero equipped with a powerful cannon gun called the Malefic Cannon. Layla is the first character players receive for free and she is still a popular character so this skin may be worth it for plenty of players. 

The new skin gives Layla a royal look with a pink hairstyle coupled with an elegant black and red dress. Her Malefic Cannon also gets stylish gold coverings that make it look like a divine weapon rather than a conventional cannon. The cannon’s projectiles are also replaced with a beam of moonlight. The Twilight Waltz skin gives additional cosmetic features Layla which are:

• A unique recall effect where she dances as she gets recalled. 
• An exclusive skin trail, Layla produces a pink aura behind her as she moves.
• A Layla-exclusive Sacred Statue that can contribute extra bonuses when a match ends. 
• An exclusive kill notification.
• An exclusive graffiti.
• An exclusive chat bubble.
• An exclusive avatar border.

Starlight members can also unlock the painted skin version of Twilight Waltz which replaces the black and red palettes of the original skin with black and purple ones. The painted skin is unlocked by levelling up the Starlight Pass.

If you have never subscribed to Starlight ever since its February 2023 revamp, you can redeem Starlight First Time Purchase rewards. Additionally, players who buy the September 2023 Starlight pass can get a random Summer Skin Chest where you can get summer skins for Hayabusa, Chang’e, or Nana. Players who have bought a Starlight pass before February 2023 will also receive an avatar border.
