BGMI: Secret Locations & Easter Eggs

BGMI isn’t only about landing in a hot drop, collecting weapons, and chasing eliminations. Its themed updates regularly add unusual locations, interactive areas, hidden rooms, and references that reward players who take the time to explore.
The current BGMI Version 4.5.0 update is particularly interesting for exploration because the NARUTO: Ninjas Assemble Theme Mode brings locations inspired by Naruto: Shippuden to the battleground. The themed content is available across Erangel, Livik, and Sanhok, although the extent of the Naruto content differs between maps.
The Naruto Theme Mode is scheduled to run from July 16 to September 14, 2026, making these locations temporary rather than permanent additions to BGMI.

If you’re playing BGMI on PC through BlueStacks, these locations can be particularly fun to explore. The larger screen makes it easier to inspect buildings and environmental details, while keyboard and mouse controls make moving around and looking for interactive elements more comfortable.
What Are Secret Locations and Easter Eggs in BGMI?
Before exploring, it’s important to distinguish between a secret location and a normal themed location.
A themed location may simply recreate an iconic place from another franchise. A secret or Easter egg usually involves something unusual, hidden, interactive, or easily missed.
In BGMI, these can include:
- Hidden rooms
- Interactive structures
- Special locations based on anime scenes
- Temporary event areas
- Boss encounters
- Special interactions
- References to characters or locations from the collaboration
The current Naruto Theme Mode contains examples of all of these.
Current BGMI Easter Eggs and Secret Locations
1. Naka Shrine Secret Room
The Naka Shrine Secret Room is one of the most appropriate locations to feature in a current BGMI secret-location guide.
It is part of the Naruto-themed Erangel experience and recreates the Naka Shrine from the Naruto universe. The important part for Easter-egg hunters is the secret room beneath the shrine, rather than simply the shrine itself.

The area is designed as a hidden location within the themed map, making it considerably more relevant to an Easter Eggs guide than simply listing every Naruto-themed building.
PC exploration tip: Don’t rush through the shrine after landing. Explore the structure carefully and look for the route leading to the hidden area.
Availability: Current in the Version 4.5 Naruto Theme Mode and scheduled to remain available through September 14, 2026.
2. Hidden Leaf Village
The Hidden Leaf Village is one of the largest Naruto-themed areas introduced with BGMI 4.5.
Rather than being a single Easter egg, the village is a collection of recognizable locations from the Naruto universe. It includes:
- Hokage Rock
- Naruto’s Apartment
- Hokage’s Office
- Ichiraku Ramen
- Other recognizable village structures and details

The village also provides loot and special items, while its photo features allow players to capture screenshots with adjustable camera angles and weather settings.
Easter Egg: Naruto’s World Inside Erangel
The interesting part isn’t simply that these buildings exist. BGMI has integrated recognizable Naruto locations into the actual battle royale environment, allowing players to explore places that normally exist only within the anime.
For players familiar with Naruto, this makes the village one of the best areas to visit when the Theme Mode is active.
3. Hokage Rock
Hokage Rock is another recognizable Naruto location recreated in BGMI.
The landmark is part of the Hidden Leaf Village area and serves as one of the most obvious references to the anime.
There is also a dedicated group-photo interaction at Hokage Rock. Players can use the feature with teammates and adjust aspects such as the camera angle and weather, making it more than a simple decorative structure.
Easter Egg
For Naruto fans, the significance of Hokage Rock is the landmark itself. The faces carved into the mountain are an iconic part of the Hidden Leaf Village and have been recreated as part of BGMI’s collaboration.
4. Naruto’s Apartment
Inside the Hidden Leaf Village, players can also find Naruto’s Apartment.
Unlike a random themed building, this location is specifically based on Naruto’s home from the anime.
It’s worth exploring if you’re collecting screenshots or simply want to find the smaller references hidden throughout the collaboration.
Tip: Don’t treat the apartment as an ordinary loot building. Look around the interior instead of immediately leaving after collecting supplies.
5. Ichiraku Ramen
One of the most recognizable food-related locations in Naruto is Ichiraku Ramen, and BGMI has brought it into the Hidden Leaf Village.
The location isn’t simply a cosmetic reference. The current Naruto Theme Mode gives the location an in-game interaction.

A recent August 4 adjustment increased the trigger cooldown of the Ichiraku Ramen Shop from 10 seconds to 30 seconds, specifically to prevent players from repeatedly using its healing effect and remaining in the Blue Zone for too long.
This is an important current detail because older guides may describe the interaction differently.
Easter Egg
The restaurant itself is the Easter egg for Naruto fans, while its healing interaction gives the location an actual gameplay purpose.
6. Great Naruto Bridge
The familiar bridge has been transformed into the Great Naruto Bridge as part of the Naruto Theme Mode.
It is based on the bridge from the Naruto universe and is one of the easiest themed landmarks to recognize while moving around the map.
The bridge is particularly useful as a visual landmark when navigating the themed Erangel environment.
Important: It should be treated as a Naruto Theme Mode location, not as a permanent BGMI map change.
7. Ninja Academy
The Ninja Academy is another Naruto-inspired location available as part of the current themed content.
It recreates the academy environment where young ninjas in the Naruto universe train.

The location also contains loot and can feature hostile Rogue Ninjas, so exploring it isn’t completely risk-free.
8. Chunin Exam Finals Arena
The Chunin Exam Finals Arena is another major Naruto recreation.
The location is based on the arena used during the Chunin Exams and is available in the current themed experience. The Naruto Theme Mode also introduces ninjutsu-based gameplay, including special abilities associated with the collaboration.

This makes the arena more than a decorative Easter egg. It is part of the actual themed gameplay experience.
9. Valley of the End
Valley of the End is one of the most recognizable Naruto locations included in the current collaboration.
It is available as a themed location on Erangel and Livik.
The area recreates one of the most iconic locations from the anime and also connects to the collaboration’s special interactive elements.
Players can also use designated photo spots in the themed areas, including Valley of the End, with adjustable camera angles and weather options.
10. Kurama / Nine-Tails Boss Battle
The current update also introduces Kurama, the Nine-Tails, as a special boss encounter.
This isn’t technically an Easter egg in the traditional sense, but it absolutely belongs in a guide covering BGMI’s current secret and unusual locations because it is one of the major discoveries associated with the Naruto Theme Mode.
Players can encounter the Nine-Tails during the themed gameplay and fight it for the associated event experience and rewards.
The encounter has also received gameplay adjustments since launch, including changes to Kurama’s detection and weakness parameters.
Tip: Don’t approach the boss assuming it behaves like an ordinary enemy. The encounter is designed as a special event battle, so be prepared before engaging.
Other Naruto Easter Egg-Style Features
The current collaboration contains several smaller details that are easy to overlook.
Photo Spots
Hokage Rock and Valley of the End include dedicated group-photo features. Players can adjust the camera angle and weather, making these locations useful for screenshots with teammates.
Naruto-Themed Starting Experience
Some Naruto-themed elements are also present during the pre-match experience on Erangel, so the collaboration isn’t limited to the main battleground.
Rogue Ninja Encounters
Certain themed locations can contain Rogue Ninjas. These NPC encounters add another reason to explore carefully instead of treating the locations as ordinary buildings.
What About Old BGMI Easter Eggs?
BGMI has had several legitimate secret and interactive features in previous Theme Modes, but they should not be presented as current content.
For example, Ancient Secret: Arise introduced the Jackal Ruins, Scarab Ruins, Emperor Temple, puzzles, and special encounters. These were genuine BGMI features, but that content belonged to a previous Theme Mode period. KRAFTON also brought Ancient Secret: Arise back earlier in 2026, but its scheduled run ended before the current August 2026 period.

Similarly, older content such as Mirror World/Mirror Island and other event-specific locations should be labelled as historical rather than included in a list of currently accessible BGMI secrets.
This distinction is important because BGMI is constantly rotating its themed content.
How to Find Easter Eggs in BGMI
If you’re specifically playing to discover hidden areas, use a slightly different strategy from a normal rank push.
Check the Current Theme Mode
First, confirm that the relevant themed mode is active. A location from an older update won’t magically appear in a standard Classic match.
Mark Your Destination
Use the map to mark the location before jumping. This saves time and lets you plan your landing route.
Loot Before Exploring
Get at least a basic weapon, ammunition, and healing items before spending time investigating a secret location.
Explore the Entire Building
Don’t just enter, collect loot, and leave. Check unusual structures, lower levels, entrances, and objects that look different from standard map assets.
Play With Friends
Some themed locations can contain NPC enemies or attract other players. Having teammates nearby makes exploration safer.
Before You Drop In
The current BGMI 4.5 update gives Easter-egg hunters plenty to explore, especially with the NARUTO: Ninjas Assemble Theme Mode.
The Naka Shrine Secret Room is the strongest fit for a genuine secret-location section, while Hidden Leaf Village, Hokage Rock, Naruto’s Apartment, Ichiraku Ramen, Great Naruto Bridge, Ninja Academy, Chunin Exam Finals Arena, and Valley of the End provide the major themed locations worth visiting.
The Kurama boss encounter and interactive features such as the photo spots add another layer to the exploration. Just remember that these are limited-time features. The Naruto Theme Mode is currently scheduled through September 14, 2026, so these locations should not be described as permanent additions to BGMI.
