The newest update for Isekai: Slow Life has brought with itself a new themed event titled as “Family Diary”. The event description reads as follows – “Family’s diaries were torn apart by naughty puppies! Help family fix them and retrieve the precious memories!” The entire event can be already be seen live in-game as it started on 3rd December, 2023. The event might not have started for some servers as it was recently revealed. 

Family Diary Event

The Family Diary event is going to be more skewed towards players logging in every day and completing a set of tasks that are designed to reward them with the event currency called “Ordinary Glue”. The context of the event is quite simple. Otherin has forgotten her family memories due to her precious family diary pages being torn apart. Stick them together with the help of the Glue to reclaim the lost information. Upon completing all tasks, players will be eligible to earn a free skin for Otherin titled as “Woodland Red Hood”.  

Here are the general rules regarding the Family Diary event:

• Fix a random section of the journal with one Ordinary Glue. You will get 1 Super Glue if the randomly chosen diary piece has already been fixed.
• Utilize ten Super Glues to secure a designated section of the journal.
• Three pages in the diary need to be corrected while the event is going on. They must be fixed sequentially.
• The leftover Super Glue and Ordinary Glue will be gathered after the event. Players will receive an email with 10 Crystals created from each Ordinary Glue.
• If you manage to make a line in the diary page’s grid that is horizontal, vertical, or diagonally fixed, you will be able to earn an additional Fix Reward.
• Upon completing a diary page, you will receive the Final Fix Reward. The skin for Otherin is the second page’s Final Fix Reward.
