RAID: Shadow Legends Patch 10.60 – Shadow Arena, QOL Improvements, and Champion Re-balancing

The latest 10.60.0 update for Raid: Shadow Legends is now live, packed with exciting features, enhanced gameplay mechanisms, and quality-of-life improvements designed to elevate your experience across multiple modes. From a fresh competitive feature in Arena to streamlined equipment management and battle quality upgrades, here’s a thorough breakdown of what’s new!
Shadow Arena
In response to community feedback about repetitive matchups and Clan-based targeting in the Classic Arena’s Platinum Tier, the developers have introduced Shadow Arena, a limited-time mode aimed at shuffling the playing field to emphasize personal skill and team composition over external factors.
Opponent anonymity: During Shadow Arena, all identifying details—such as usernames, Clan tags, avatars, and even Arena points—are concealed from view. Players only find out who they’ve fought after the weekly Arena reset.
Activation schedule: Shadow Arena becomes active every two weeks, starting Monday at 00:00 UTC, and runs for eight hours prior to the usual weekly reset.
Battle logs: Even post-battle screens and logs do not reveal opponents’ identities during this phase. This includes details like the Battle Results screen and Top Players tabs.
Super Raids for Minotaur Dungeon!
Following the mechanics seen in other dungeons, the new Super Raids feature allows you to spend twice the normal energy for double the rewards in the Minotaur’s Labyrinth. It’s a compelling option for those optimizing farming runs or resource gathering. A new “MAX” indicator appears next to Champions who have already acquired all the Scrolls needed to cap out their Masteries, making it instantaneously clear when a Champion no longer benefits from further runs. The system also watches for scenarios where a run progresses via Background Multi-Battles or Auto-Battle and all Champions in the team have maxed their Scrolls; in such cases, the sequence halts automatically to prevent wasted energy.
Selling Equipped Gears Directly is now Available!
Previously, if you wished to remove equipment from a Champion, you had to destroy it unless an infrequent free removal event was in effect. The update now substitutes that feature, allowing you to sell or remove equipped Gear directly from a Champion’s loadout or through the Gear filter menu. The Gear Filter menu now lets you toggle between viewing gear currently worn by your Champions and gear sitting in storage—or both—making inventory management much more intuitive.
The “Select All” button now correctly works when the “Just New” filter is enabled, resolving a minor but frustrating oversight.
Doom Tower Enhancements!
Preset settings for teams, whether for Boss Floors or Secret Rooms, can now be saved and reused throughout several Doom Tower rotations. Skill priority settings remain consistent, making it easier to replay and improve your Doom Tower runs.
Champion Re-Balancing
Here are the changes made to the different champions:
Khoronar (Void Legendary Champion)
Flourish of Slaughter (Active ability)
Attacks all enemies. Has a 50% chance of decreasing each target’s Turn Meter by 10%. If Minaya is on the same team, attacks all enemies 2 times and the chance to decrease each target’s Turn Meter becomes 100% instead. The damage of each hit will be decreased by 50%.
Beastly Bellow (Ascended) (Active Ability)
Has a 75% chance of placing a [Provoke] debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. Also places a [Block Debuffs] buff and a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on this Champion for 2 turns.
If Minaya is on the same team, the [Provoke] debuff placed by this Champion cannot be resisted.
If Minaya is on the same team, also removes all debuffs from all allies and then places a [Block Debuffs] buff and 60% [Increase DEF] buff on all allies for 2 turns.
Battle Waltz (Ascended) (Active Ability)
Attacks all enemies. Places a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff and a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. If Minaya is on the team, these debuffs cannot be resisted. Overall, the damage multipliers of this ability are increased. Skill cooldown decreased to 4 turns.
AURA (New)
Increases Ally RES in all Battles by 80.
Relic Re-Balancing
Here are the changes made to the different relics:
Crown of Corruption
Wearer deals 5% more damage and receives 5% less damage when above 50% HP. When below 50% HP, wearer deals 25% less damage and receives 15% more damage.
