FreeCraft Zombie Apocalypse is a blocky first person zombie shooter where the whole job is to stay alive while the city rots around the player. It hands over a silly amount of gear, from knives and pistols to shotguns and grenade launchers, and then just lets players experiment. Crafting adds little tweaks and upgrades, so a run can shift from sneaky stabs to loud explosions fast. The physics sell a lot of the chaos, blasts shove mobs back, barrels jump, bodies tumble, and lining up headshots actually matters when ammo is thin. There are boss zombies that break the routine, bigger health bars, odd attack patterns, and fights that force movement instead of camping a corner.
The cube style is clean and readable, almost toy-like, which keeps all the gorey bits from feeling too heavy. Streets and alleys create nice choke points, so kiting a crowd, tossing a grenade, then swapping to a rifle has a good rhythm. It is clearly made for short sessions, but it does not feel throwaway. Miss a reload and the screen fills with teeth, panic sets in, and that is the hook.
