Run Tails on PC or Mac

Why limit yourself to your small screen on the phone? Run Tails, an app by The Pacific Community – SPC, best experienced on your PC or Mac with BlueStacks, the world’s #1 Android emulator.

About the App

Ever worked with artisanal tuna fisheries and found yourself swamped by paperwork and tricky data entry? Tails, created by The Pacific Community – SPC, is here to make things a whole lot simpler. Designed for anyone managing tuna data in the WCPFC region, this app helps you quickly collect and enter your info, keeping things super organized. You’ll spend less time juggling notes and more time focusing on what actually matters.

App Features

  • Easy Tuna Data Entry:
Log all your artisanal tuna catches without the usual hassle. Enter info on species, size, location, and more — all in one spot, and way faster than sifting through piles of paper.

  • Smooth Integration with Tufman 2:
No more duplicate work. Everything you record in Tails goes straight into Tufman 2, keeping your fisheries data synced and up to date for the WCPFC area.

  • Works Where You Are:
Got patchy Wi-Fi or no service at all? No problem. Tails lets you enter data offline and syncs things up whenever you’re back online, so you won’t miss a beat out on the water or at remote sites.

  • Simple and Practical Interface:
You don’t have to be a tech whiz to use Tails. The layout’s made for efficiency, with straightforward steps that guide you through each entry, and just the info you need — nothing too fancy.

  • Built for the Pacific:
Tails was developed specifically with the realities of Pacific fisheries in mind. Expect clear options and settings that actually match what you deal with every day.

  • Effortless Updates:
Updates come direct from The Pacific Community – SPC, so you’ll have the latest version each time, hassle-free.

  • Great for Big Screens:
Tails works well on your mobile device, but if you ever want more room to see your data (maybe you’ve got a lot to type in), try it out using BlueStacks on your desktop. It makes the whole process even smoother, especially during big data days.

Big screen. Bigger performance. Use BlueStacks on your PC or Mac to run your favorite apps.
