  • Doorbell Alerts
    Get an instant push notification whenever someone rings a doorbell connected to your UniFi Access system. You’ll never miss a visitor, even if you’re away from your desk.

  • Remote Greetings & Entry
    See who’s at the door and let them in without leaving your chair. Through supported devices like the UA Pro, you can greet visitors via the app and remotely unlock the door for them.

  • Device Management
    Add new reader devices to your network and quickly adjust things like greeting messages, screen brightness, digital keypad layout, broadcast names, and volume settings.

  • Door Control
    Handle each door individually or group them together for broader changes when you need to update security policies. Setting access for different floors or specific doors is simple and fast.

How to Download and Run UniFi Access on PC or Mac

  • Download and install BlueStacks on your PC or Mac

  • Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

  • Look for UniFi Access in the search bar at the top right corner

  • Click to install UniFi Access from the search results

  • Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install UniFi Access

  • Click the UniFi Access icon on the home screen to start playing

With BlueStacks 5, you can get started on a PC that fulfills the following requirements.

    Microsoft Windows 7 or above, macOS 11 (Big Sur) or above

  • Processor

    Intel, AMD or Apple Silicon Processor

    10GB Free Disk Space
