When you play Alpha Ace, you have a wide selection of weapons to choose from to eliminate opponents. Weapons are categorized into rifle, handgun, SMG, and heavy. Each weapon has its own unique stats and are compatible for all sorts of situations. Additionally, you also have plenty of handy equipment to use such as grenades and bulletproof vests that give you advantage over enemies. In this guide, we’ll have a deep dive into the weapons and equipment of Alpha Ace so that you know which to use to strategically win your rounds.

There are two sides in Alpha Ace: the Assault team (terrorists) and Defense team (counter-terrorists). Note that some weapons are exclusive to one side. For this guide, we’ll show the ones available for all sides first, followed by the defenders’, and then the Assaulters’ weapons.

The AWP is undoubtedly the most powerful gun in the game. It can kill enemies from practically any distance with just one hit to any part of the body. The major downside is that it’s expensive and your movement speed is greatly decreased while equipped.

The SSG 08 presents itself as a lighter alternative that is much cheaper and reliable for quick shooting at the expense of damage. You can only one-shot enemies with an SSG 08 by hitting their head.

The FAMAS is a reliable budget rifle that has low recoil and good short to mid range capabilities. However, it may be better to save up for either an M4 RAS or an M4A1-S (NOTE: you must select which rifle to equip through the Equipment screen. Learn how to do it with this guide).

In terms of accuracy, the M4A1-S is the better choice as it has good single-shot accuracy and good mid to long range capability (you must stand still while shooting). The M4 RAS doesn’t have a high single-shot accuracy but is otherwise a very balanced weapon with a good firing stability. It all boils down to preference.

The main benefit of the AUG is its scope which greatly helps in long-range engagements. Additionally, it also has a high single-shot accuracy. Overall, the AUG is a great long-range rifle although it is more expensive than both the M4 RAS and the M4A1-S.

The MK20 is a semi-auto rifle that packs high damage per bullet. This makes it a devastating long-range weapon that can keep enemies at bay but at a greatly expensive price. However it is not capable of one-shotting enemies at any distance so you need to be careful when facing against AWP users.

The Galil is a reliable short to mid range weapon that is quite cheap. Essentially, it’s a better version of the FAMAS from the Defense team. It can eliminate enemies in early rounds if you have good recoil control skills.

The AK47 is arguable the best rifle in the game with its high damage and relatively cheap cost. It can eliminate enemies (even when helmeted) with one shot to the head even at long distances. When you master the recoil, the AK47 can be a very powerful weapon.

Like the AUG, the SSG 553 also comes packed with a scope that helps with long-range gunfights. What makes the gun more attractive is its cheaper cost and high damage. It’s essentially a scoped AK47.

The G3SG1 is nearly identical to the MK20 in terms of stats and its potential use in battle. There is only a one-point difference in the accuracy stat. Same principles apply – the gun is not capable of killing enemies in one hit, so you need to be careful of AWP-wielding snipers.

The CZ75 is a fully automatic pistol with a high rate of fire but low ammo capacity (note that you are only equipped one extra magazine in your ammo reserve). When its recoil is handled properly, it can potentially kill multiple enemies rapidly at early rounds. But due to its ammo capacity, it’s best to prioritize headshots with this pistol.

The Desert Eagle is a supremely powerful pistol that can kill enemies with one-shot to the head (even when helmeted). The MRR8 is an interesting alternative that has two firing modes: a slow firing mode and a fast-firing mode. The slow firing mode is highly accurate but you need to wait for the trigger to be full pulled whereas the quick firing mode rapidly shoots bullets at the expense of accuracy.

The USP is a highly accurate pistol that can kill enemies with one shot to the head. This makes it extremely powerful during early rounds. The P2000 on the other hand is great for short to mid range encounters but poor at long range ones.

The Glock 18 has significantly lower damage compared to the Defense pistols, but it has a very fast fire rate. With a quick trigger finger, it can ravage through enemies before they are able to shoot back. This is complemented with its extremely high ammo capacity for a pistol. The common trick with the Glock is to rapidly fire at enemies to prevent them from being able to shoot back properly. Headshots are a must to compensate for its low damage.

The UMP can almost be considered a rifle based on its stats. It is great for short to mid range encounters thanks to its high damage and armor-penetrating bullets.

If you like to shoot enemies while on the move, then the P90 is for you. It’s high ammo capacity coupled with its high damage makes it great for eliminating enemies quickly. However, the gun is very expensive. With this, the PP-19 Bizon presents itself as a cheap alternative. It has an even higher ammo capacity and damage, but the rate of fire and armor penetration is greatly reduced.

The Nova is a powerful shotgun complemented with its high ammo capacity. Headshots and point-blank shots are extremely effective with this weapon. The Negev is a cheap yet powerful light machine gun with an extremely large ammo capacity. Its recoil is highly erratic at first but gradually tones down as you keep firing. It is highly effective at keeping enemies at bay.
