Battle Through the Heavens 2D is a mobile RPG set in the same universe, but this time featuring 2D anime characters. Join a Clan as Soon as You Unlock It

Clans in Battle Through the Heavens 2D aren’t designed as a feature that lets you team up with other players. Instead, they’re designed to give you different classes (auras), exclusive knacks (skills), and ultimates (soul skills). For example, the Xiao Clan gives you the opportunity to use the “fighter master” class and lets you choose between thunder and fire damage. Elemental attacks become increasingly important as you progress through the game, so you need to choose one quickly and start leveling up your clan as soon as possible.

Some bosses are highly susceptible to DoT damage, so we recommend focusing on the Rainbow Python clan, but of course, the choice is yours: we suggest choosing based on the elemental effects that enemies are weak against.

You Also Need to Summon Some Skills

Unfortunately, the most powerful skills in the game can only be obtained by summoning. This is a gacha mechanic, so what you get is entirely up to chance. However, you can increase your chances by choosing the right summon type and using this feature enough. For example, let’s say you’re trying to obtain the “Mountain Seal” skill:

• This skill (and all other important skills) can only be obtained from the “Draw Knacks” summon type. Do not spend your money on other summon types.
• Each summon you perform will increase the level of this feature. You won’t be able to obtain skills from tiers other than Yellow until the feature reaches a certain level. Therefore, your goal should be to reach summon level 12: keep summoning until this happens, and only then start pursuing higher tier skills (but remember that even at this level, your chances will still be quite low).

You can earn 10 more draws by watching 2 ads every day. These will also increase your summon level, so we recommend taking advantage of this.

Use Your Anistones to Sweep Dungeons

Your Anistones are an important currency, but using them for a single purpose will make them more efficient. We recommend that purpose be sweeping dungeons: after unlocking the sweep option, start using Anistones to complete them quickly. Each sweep will require you to spend a certain amount of Anistones, but in return, you can obtain some of the best gear and skill upgrades in the game.

To unlock the sweep feature, you must first complete a dungeon normally. After that, you can instantly complete the same dungeon with Sweep, and you can do this up to 6 times per day. Each time, you continue to receive rewards as if you had completed it normally, but each Sweep will cost an increasing amount of Anistone.

Use the Right Skill Combinations

You can decide which skills your hero will equip, and if you make the right choices, you can create synergy between these skills to gain additional bonuses. Fortunately, you don’t have to trial and error to find this out: the game shows you which combinations create which synergies and what bonuses they offer.

Check this screen before upgrading skills and decide which ones are ideal to use together. Then, activate your chosen skill combination and start using it. You can enhance an activated combination to increase the bonuses it provides. We recommend focusing on Basic ATK Coefficient bonuses at the beginning of the game, but as you progress, you may need to invest in Absorb or Penetration bonuses.
