Tales & Dragons: New Journey is available to be downloaded and installed as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

In this tier list for Tales & Dragons: New Journey, we will be listing some of the best heroes to summon and use in your team formations. The heroes are separated into different tiers, with the best heroes being classified in S-Tier and the worst ones being classified in B-Tier. We have done a thorough research and provided this tier list based on several factors such as hero base rarity, skills, and ability comparison, as well as their versatility in different team compositions. Naturally, the heroes with the higher base rarity will be ranked higher due to higher base stats and superior abilities. Without further ado, let’s get you right into the tier list!

S Tier Heroes

Let’s take a look at some of the heroes in this tier:

PRINCE SPADES

Prince Spades is a Mythical grade 5-Star Dark elemental hero that is classified as a Warrior type. His 1st active ability Spades Stab states the following – “Prince Spades unleashes overwhelming dark power to penetrate an enemy in front of him, dealing 380% physical damage, with a 100% chance to inflict Curse and Armor Penetration debuffs.”. His 2nd active ability Chained Spirit states as follows – “Prince Spades casts Chained Spirit to himself and intensifies his normal attacks to become Piercing Strike without a cooldown. Cast a Piercing Strike instantly and grant Dark ally units with Bloodthirst for 2 rounds.” 

His 1st passive ability Combat Talent does as follows – “Prince Spades has outstanding combat talents, increasing his Attack by 40%, HP by 20%, and Critical Hit Rate by 15%.”

WISDOM BIRD

Wisdom Bird is a Mythical grade 5-Star Light elemental hero that is classified as a Mage type. Her 1st active ability Retributive Light states the following – “Wisdom Bird gathers her wisdom and transfers it into Retributive Light, dealing 260% magical damage to each of 2 enemy units with highest Attack in front and mid rows, with a 60% chance to inflict target with Electric Shock debuff”. Her 2nd active ability Feather Meteor states as follows – “Wisdom Bird opens the gate of wisdom, from which countless feathers of wisdom fly out, dealing a total of 800% magical damage to all enemy units, while a single Target receives no more than 450% of damage dealt. This skill has a 20% increased critical hit rate against Targets with Electric shock debuff.” 

Her 1st passive ability Skylark does as follows – “Wisdom Bird’s pansophic knowledge increases her Attack by 40%, HP by 20%, and Critical Hit Rate by 15%. At the start of the battle, if there is at least 1 Light hero in the lineup, Wisdom Bird grants Perception to 1 random Light hero. Perception – There’s a 25% chance to inflict targets with Electric Shock when launching an attack.” 

MEDUSA

Medusa is a Mythical grade 5-Star Wind elemental hero that is classified as a Mage type. Her 1st active ability Lethal Rays states the following – “Medusa unleashes Lethal Rays and radiates towards enemy units in the column with the lowest HP, dealing a total of 600% magical damage while a single target takes no more than 350% of damage dealt. There is a 60% chance to inflict targets with Blindness, lasting for 2 rounds. The skill is cast in Round 1, with a cooldown of 3 rounds”. Her 2nd active ability Seismic Storm states as follows – “Medusa gathers a massive amount of sand and stones and buries her enemies with them, dealing 180% magical damage to each enemy unit. There is a 40% chance to inflict targets with the Petrification debuff for 1 round.” 

Her 1st passive ability Carnage does as follows – “Medusa is obsessed with slaughter in rage, increasing her Attack by 40%, HP by 20%, and Critical Hit Rate by 15%. Increases the damage to the target with lower Speed by own speed – target speed x 100, exceeding not more than 100%.”

DARK KNIGHT

Dark Knight is a Legendary grade 5-Star Dark elemental hero that is classified as a Guard type. His 1st active ability Cursed Spear states the following – “Dark Knight wields his cursed spear, dealing 180% physical damage to the unit in front of him and inflicting Curse debuff. Meanwhile, Dark Knight gains 20% Defense and 20% Damage Relief for 2 rounds”. His 2nd active ability Dragon Blast states as follows – “Engulf’s the dark spear in dragon flames and throws it at enemies, dealing 112% physical damage to all enemy units, with a 60% chance to inflict Curse and a 30% chance to inflict Chaos debuff.”

His 1st passive ability Chivalry Will does as follows – “Dark Knights will is as strong as steel, increasing his HP by 40%, Defense by 20%, and Damage Relief by 20%.”

SWIFT ALI

Swift Ali is a Legendary grade 5-Star Light elemental hero that is classified as a Warrior type. His 1st active ability Thunder Strike states the following – “Launches a thunder strike on a single enemy, dealing 236% physical damage while negating the targets defense by 40%; this attack also has a 60% chance to inflict an Electric Shock, and recovers the casters HP by 30% of damage dealt”. His 2nd active ability Lightning Flash states as follows – “Each attack has a 60% chance to initiate a pursuit and deal an extra 120% damage of normal attack, and deals an extra 25% damage to targets with Electric Shock.” 

His 1st passive ability Swift Charge does as follows – “Attack is increased by 35%, Critical Hit Damage increased by 20%, and Crit Rate increased by 10%; damage taken from a single attack won’t exceed the amount equal to 30% of MAX HP.”

GODDESS BELLA

Goddess Bella is a Legendary grade 5-Star Water elemental hero that is classified as a Mage type. Her 1st active ability Thorny Rose states the following – “Goddess Bella raises her wand and conjures Thorny Rose, dealing 115% magical damage to enemy units in the middle and back rows, respectively, with a 60% chance of inflicting Magic Backlash. The chance will be raised to 100% if the target is a Mage”. Her 2nd active ability Love Mana states as follows – “Goddess Bella wields her wand to fire multiple magic impacts, each dealing 126% magical damage to all enemy units separately and 40% more damage to targets with Magic Backlash.” 

Her 1st passive ability Rosy Curse does as follows – “Rose’s magic spell increases her Attack by 35%, HP by 15%, and Speed by 40%.”

B Tier Heroes

BLACK SWAN

Black Swan is an Epic grade 4-Star Dark elemental hero that is classified as a Mage type. Her 1st active ability Dark Feather states the following – “Black Swan flies into the air and casts Dark Feather, dealing 126% magical damage to 3 random enemy units with a 30% chance to inflict Curse debuff”. 

Her 1st passive ability Perfect Shape does as follows – “Black Swan’s perfect figure makes her comfortable in battles, increasing her Attack by 10%, and HP by 8%”

WISHING GOLDFISH

Wishing Goldfish is an Epic grade 4-Star Light elemental hero that is classified as a Mage type. Her 1st active ability Torrent Rush states the following – “Wishing Goldfish leaps high and raises a torrent, dealing 3 times a total of 186% magical damage to a frontal enemy, each time with a 35% chance to lower the target’s Resist by 15% for 2 rounds”. 

Her 1st passive ability Wishing Heart does as follows – “Wishing Goldfish has a heart that makes wishes come true, increasing her Attack by 10%, and Critical Hit Damage by 10%”
