In this tier list for Tower of God: New World, we will be ranking some of the best characters in the game. When creating this tier list, we took into account a number of variables, including base rarity, base stats, abilities, and adaptability in various game areas.

S Tier Heroes

Let’s take a look at all of the heroes in this tier:

Ha Yuri (Regular)

Ha Yuri (Regular) is an SSR+ Green elemental hero that is classified as an Assassin. Her special move Integrity states that Yuri Provokes nearby enemies for 5s, charges up, then unleashes a solid punch, dealing 240% of her ATK as Critical Hit DMG 8 times to enemies in range and Jolting them. The last hit Knocks back the target for 2s. In addition, Yuri deals 50% of the DMG she took while charging up as additional DMG with each hit. (Additional DMG is limited to 300% of Yuri’s ATK.) Yuri becomes immune to status effects and her HP does not drop below 1 while using this skill.

Lero Ro (Regular)

Lero Ro (Regular) is a SSR Green elemental hero that is classified as a Support. His special move Shinsu Barrier states that Lero Ro creates Shinsu barriers that last 6s for all of his allies. When the barriers are created, the ATK and DEF of the ally with the lowest HP percentage each increase by 80% for 6s. Shinsu barriers block projectile attacks, and the protected ally’s HP is healed for 400% of Lero Ro’s ATK for each projectile blocked.

Evan Edrok (Fast Ship)

Evan Edrok (Fast Ship) is an SSR+ Yellow elemental hero that is classified as a Support. His special move Restoration states that Evan activates the Frog Fisher’s Restoration ability to make all of his allies Immortal for 6s. Immortal allies’ HP cannot drop below 10%. Once Immortality is removed, HP is restored by 50% of DMG taken while it was active plus 200% of Evan’s ATK.

Urek Mazino (Flight)

Urek Mazino (Flight) is an SSR+ Blue elemental hero that is classified as a Warrior. His special move Another Level states that Mazino unleashes a powerful attack to deal 1400% of his ATK as DMG to the enemy and Stuns them for 3s. He then deals 620% of his ATK as DMG to enemies in a straight line (excluding his initial target) and Knocks them Back for 2s. Afterwards, the energy explodes, dealing 620% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies and Knocks them Back for 2s. Additionally, he recovers 30% of his Max HP and Swiftness is increased by 30 for 10s.

Khun Mascheny (Data)

Khun Mascheny (Data) is an SSR+ Blue elemental hero that is classified as an Assassin. Her special move Great Spear of Dawn states that Data Mascheny becomes Invincible, teleports to the enemy with the highest ATK, then slams the Great Spear of Dawn into the ground to decrease the Magic Resistance of enemies hit by 20% for 10s and deal 240% of her ATK as DMG 5 times. The final attack causes a giant explosion with a circular range.

Hoaqin (Demonic Fragment)

Hoaqin (Demonic Fragment) is an SSR Purple elemental hero that is classified as a Warrior. His special move White-style Spirit Sword: The Rise of the Dead states that Hoaqin launches a huge sword blast which pierces through enemies. The blast slows down significantly when coming in contact with an enemy, dealing 200% of his ATK as DMG and Jolting them for every 0.5s they remain in contact (up to 30s).

Endorsi (Princess)

Endorsi (Princess) is an SSR Purple elemental hero that is classified as an Assassin. Her special move Chiffon Sword states that Endorsi jumps toward the enemy with Bong Bong, dealing 400% of her ATK as DMG and Knocking them Down for 2s. Endorse becomes Invincible while using this skill.

Khun Aguero (Strategist)

Khun Aguero (Strategist) is an SSR Purple elemental hero that is classified as a Support. His special move Mystery Sphere states that Khun summons a Mystery Sphere above the area where the enemies are most concentrated for 5s, dealing 160% of his ATK as DMG every second and Paralyzing enemies for 1s. Enemies hit by the attack have their DEF decreased by 40% for 1s.

Ha Yuri (Red Rose)

Ha Yuri (Red Rose) is an SSR Green elemental hero that is classified as a Tank. Her special move Rose Shower states that Yuri jumps into the air in an Invincible state and fires a blast of Rose Shinsu, dealing 400% of her ATK as DMG to enemies in range and jolting them. She then creates an area of Rose Shinsu which deals 80% of her ATK as DMG every second for 5s and decreases the enemy’s Swiftness by 40. In addition, this skill Locks the enemy for 6s if they stay in the Rose Shinsu Area for more than 3s.

B Tier Heroes

Let’s take a look at all of the heroes in this tier:

Horyang Kang (Wings of Destruction)

Horyang Kang (Wings of Destruction) is an SSR Blue elemental hero that is classified as a Tank. His special move Transform Wing: Shield states that Horyang dashes to the ally with the lowest HP, Knocking Back all enemies he collides with. When he arrives near the ally, he creates a barrier for that ally and himself equal to 1,600% of his ATK, lasting 10s, then Provokes nearby enemies for 10s. Horyang gains Status Effect immunity while Dashing.

Miseng Yeo (Blooming Flower)

Miseng Yeo (Blooming Flower) is an SSR Green elemental hero that is classified as a Warrior. Her special move Berserker Mode states that Miseng gains Status Effect Immunity for 10s while Berserker Mode is active. In addition, her ATK increases by 80% and her Swiftness increases by 80.

Hatz (Dual Swords)

Hatz (Dual Swords) is an SSR Yellow elemental hero that is classified as a Warrior. His special move White Wave: Single Slash Annihilation states that Hatz runs toward the enemy to slash them in a fan-shaped area, dealing 1,020% of his ATK as a guaranteed Critical Hit and Knocking them Back.
