Arknights – New Operators Horn, Rockrock, Heidi and Chestnut in Shatterpoint Event
Arknights, the tower-defense SRPG (Strategic Role-Playing Game) by YoStar Games has just released the patch notes for their upcoming global event titled “Shatterpoint”. Arknights has a long-running trend of releasing new operators along with their featured events to give players an in-depth chance of exploring their backstory as well as providing a unique environment to use them in battles. Arknights is available to be downloaded and installed as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store with in-game microtransactions enabled.
Shatterpoint, the latest event by Arknights bought with it a new storyline specific to the event, new operators Horn, Rockrock, Chestnut, and Heid. Players can get a free copy of Heidi by completing the Unsigned Notebook in the Shatterpoint event. Heidi will not be available as a recruitable operator through any headhunting banners. Meanwhile, Horn, Rockrock, and Chestnut will be available to be recruited via the Roaring Cliffrunner banner. Horn is the newest 6-Star operator being added to the game. After the Roaring Cliffrunner banner ends, Horn, Rockrock, and Chestnut will be added to the standard headhunting banners. Let’s take a look at the skills and abilities of the new operators being added to Arknights with the Shatterpoint Event.

Her description reads the following – “After the end of the County Hillock incident, what had come of the warrior known as Horn was unknown to all. Much evidence would suggest that she was captured after the battle with Dublinn Lieutenant, Mandragora. Considering Mandragora’s cruel designs and reckless undertakings, save for Bagpipe, few believed that she still lived. The good news is, the Elite Operator, Misery, previously dispatched to Londinium, has indeed discovered Horn’s trails, and her current condition is much better than expected. Thereafter, Misery will assist Horn in making contact with our Londinium Special Operations Unit. As the commander of Victoria’s Tempest Platoon, 2nd Division, Horn not only poses great importance to Bagpipe, but may also prove to be key in forthcoming operations.”
