So Fairy Light Adventure is basically taking the world of Fairy Tail and giving you a way to play out one of the more interesting stories—this time, you’re following Jellal. There’s a bit more going on here than just running through fights: you work through all these different levels (seventeen in total), each with new bits of story, and you’ll bump into familiar faces like Erza along the way. The game puts you up against all sorts of weird enemies, and the boss battles mix things up a lot so it doesn’t get repetitive. Each level feels like a little episode, and there’s even a couple modes, depending on if you want to just take it at your own speed or go for something a bit tougher.
It honestly plays pretty smoothly, and running it on PC with BlueStacks makes things look sharper, which actually helps a lot with some of the more detailed action bits. Achievements are sprinkled in, so anyone who likes collecting stuff or unlocking things from the anime will probably find a little extra fun there.
